I’m not a gourmand girlie at all so please don’t take my opinion the wrong way haha. This is definitely a fragrance that lives up to the name because it smells JUST like a warm stack of pancakes. It’s sweet and fluffy, and I can definitely smell the syrup in the fragrance. A little goes a long way because the scent is STRONG. I don’t think that this is particularly a fragrance you use on the daily basis but if you’re a fan of gourmand scents, you will not be disappointed. The only downside is that the scent wears off quickly and you kinda just stay smelling sugary. Not a bad fragrance, just not one thing I would ever repurchase
