Duvet cover and pillowcases became discolored in a terrible way before having them for three months. Terrible quality worse customer service. There’s plenty of reviews about how they become discolored.

Worst sheets ever! Over $250 and faded in 2nd washes. Did as instructed and even line dried. Besides ugly, they’re really warm, like flannel and feel nothing like linen.

Bad QC! Stitching is off. Hem has a 1”+ in same hem. Owner said is was a decorative choice. Really bad customer service.

I bought a duvet cover from Good Morning America deals and steals. I ordered the color fog and it was a gray tone. I received a duvet cover called sand. It was obviously a beige color. I contacted the company who indicated that they substituted this color because now they've changed fog to sand which is ridiculous. They refused to exchange it and after multiple emails I was permitted to return it, and had to pay for the shipping .. so it costed me close to $20 dollers to receive the wrong color. Overall very disappointing.
I purchased a comforter during one of Sijo's sales, and so far I'm happy with the product. I probably wouldn't pay full price for their bedding, but I consider their sale prices to be reasonable.
Purchased both a linen fitted sheet and a eucalyptus fitted and flat sheet. I tried this company because I like the fact that you can choose to just purchase a fitted sheet. I don't use flat sheets and hate buying a set when I'm not going to use the flat sheet. Early experience was that I liked the linen, and found the eucalyptus relatively unremarkable. The colorways were great, the linen was soft and cool and got softer on washing. Over time however, my opinion has changed. The eucalyptus feels a bit tacky somehow, even freshly washed. And the linen now has holes in it.
Sijo is absolutely not worth full price. They spend more on marketing than on customer service which is a shame because they have potential to be a beloved brand. I’ve been a eucalyptus sheets fan since they were a thing and have bought almost every name brand available. I bought the eucalyptus sheets in snow (white) and the duvet cover when they first launched. These aren’t the absolute thinnest ones out there like the ones you’ll find on Amazon, but they also do not have a lux weight to them. The sheets do feel very soft, smooth, and cozy after they are washed, not sleek and silky like when you first open the package. Within the 45 days of use (washed and used every other week) one of the pillowcases developed a huge tear from going in the wash despite being washed on cold on the gentle cycle. I wrote the team and they were unwilling to help. Now that I’ve had these for 2+ years, they’ve held up okay BUT they do develop some pilling in areas of friction (like if you toss and turn a lot in your sleep). Overall the product is good, not outstanding, and the customer service is less than desirable.

The sheets have held up for over a year with no problems. They have lost some of the cooling properties.

I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of SOJO sheets and their in adequatecustomer service. The sheet began falling apart after I noticed a tear, despite me taking every precaution to care for them properly. I washed them separately, away from zippers or anything abrasive, and provided detailed evidence, including photos and the original packaging with SKU numbers. Instead of addressing the issue or standing behind their product, all they did was blame me, claiming the damage was due to “snags, hard skin and jewelry.” Let’s be honest—when you’re sleeping, you’re not wearing jewelry or causing snags! And hard skin. I don’t understand what that means. I find it offensive and the fact that I had to provide so much evidence. This response was not only dismissive but also insulting. A company that refuses to take responsibility for its defective products and resorts to blaming its customers is not one I can recommend. Stay away from SOJO sheets if you value quality and good customer service. UPDATED REVIEW- April 2025-I only think it fair to update-after several calls they sent a new and approved sheet to me. I did have to pay shipping, but it was worth it. I do love the feel of the sheets.

It’s a shame that customer service is extremely unhelpful. I washed my comforter and it bunched up very badly. Sijo was unwilling to replace the 200.00 comforter that was supposed to be superior quality. The tag did say “we recommend dry cleaning”, but did not say dry clean only. Now I’m stuck with a 200.00 comforter that is uncomfortable. Beware before you buy. Customer service will not help you if it has been used or washed after the 7 day period. I contacted customer service 2 weeks after delivery.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY from here it is a complete scam. Their quality for the price does not match. I am having the worst experience with customer service. My sheet came in a ripped up bag all dirty I am trying to return and they are giving me the hardest time I end up making the return and the package goes “missing” so now I’m paying 200$ For absolutely nothing I didn’t get to keep the sheets customer service is unresponsive. It’s Ridiculous. This is an expensive brand you expect top tier service and truthful representation. This brand deserves to be completely cancelled as an entirety because apparently others feel the same way. I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did and you should choose not to buy from here.

Bought some French Linen pillowcases on sale from Sijo. Really good value in my opinion, very soft and keeps me cool (I tend to sleep very hot). I like their effort to be ethical and sustainable in their practice, although I haven’t dug too deep past verifying their certifications. The packaging represents their commitment to being environmentally friendly. Would recommend, and I’m considering getting larger scale bedware from Sijo.
