I've bought a few items from the brand over the years, both online and in their New York/Paris stores.  They do a great job with the photography and website, which might mean that things don't look as great in real life.
I really like their dresses and jeans; the cutting fits me quite well.  The blouses and sweaters can be hit or miss with the cutting and fit. 
The set up and decor of the shops make it a great shopping experience, but they could really expand the fitting area.  It's always a long wait.

Tried numerous times to place an order , however, their website kept changing my zip code after I entered my address. Could not order with an incorrect address and their site would not let me change it manually. Additionally they have no phone number in the US. 

The 'archives' sales are insane. Shoppers can put loads of items in their basket, which means they appear sold out, even if they're not eventually bought.

Obsessed with this brand. The clothes are just beautiful, and I especially love the chic touches like the beautiful tags, items wrapped in tissue and my name written on the outer box. 

First and last purchase ever. 
I do not suggest purchasing their sweaters. I rece to placed an order and had 3 sweaters for Christmas. One of them I had to wash to wear on the holiday and it shrunk (on a delicate cycle). I emailed customer service and they said tell us how you washed it. After explaining they said unfortunately you didn’t follow the instructions, therefore nothing we can do.
 I can’t believe that after spending $200 on one sweater they would be more helpful and not to mention if a $200 sweater falls apart after one wash I’d rather buy a sweater from Vince that will actually wait and. Multiple wears. I am very disappointed and will never buy from Sézane again. 

I couldn't for the life of me find a white button down that fit just right. Everything looked like I was wearing my dad's clothes. Eventually I came across Sezane's and it's the MOST perfect. Definitely more than I would have liked to spend on it, but I told myself it was an investment in a staple. That said, I'm a huge fan of the quality, style, and design of Sezane clothes, just wish it was a bit cheaper but it is fair priced for the quality!

I have purchased a classic navy pocketed cardigan from them and I love it. I think their clothes are very stylish and classic. I have many items on my wishlist! 

A friend recommended Sezane to me, and I absolutely love the Parisian vibes. It's casual, but can be dressed up. The materials are very high quality. And the accessories are unique. I particularly like buying dresses from Sezane. Archives sale is also great.

Sizing could be better and more consistent. With a lot of their dresses an XS is too big (and I'm not that small!)

Love their clothes, and love that they make everything in small quantities.

Love the style but sizes are way off and quality is not what I would expect.  The cardigan I bought for $150 is pilling on the second wearing!

Love the brand! as a french in the US, I'm so proud to see how this brand is a success here as well! The collection is always as cool as expected, a new release every 2 weeks I would say, the quality is perfect. The unboxing is lovely, and the experience in retail or d2c is perfect as well. I love their big earrings that match perfectly their collections. Everything fit just right, jeans might be a bit too small and not "all size" inclusive. 
What i love the most > EARRINGS and JEWELS ! They are JUST PERFECT. 
The only cons I would say are for the laundry, the products are very sensitive and it's impossible to clean them in NY laundries or they would end up kid size

I love Sézane so much. It is one of my first stops in Paris. The NYC store doesn’t match up in terms of hospitality and being welcoming. 

Their sizing can be weird for sure but their returns are great. The quality is unmatched and I love that they are a B Corp. After living in Bulgaria for a year, I’m also happy to see they have so many factories there that help the economy in a healthy way.

Sezane is my husband’s go to for gifts for me and they’ve never missed! They also usually include a cute free gift of some sort from a Sezane pouch to, more recently, my new favorite lip kit. 

Now, open a store in Atlanta!

I own a few cotton button-downs from Sezane and I always get compliments when I wear them.  Their clothes always have interesting details and are made of nice quality fabrics.

Some of their clothes are just stunning.  Others are not.  The fabrics and quality are quite good.  I also like that free shipping and returns are offered over $200.  I will keep shopping with them.

I loveeeee this brand! I want everything on here but I’m sort of broke bc I spend too much☹️. The lifestyle bags are my favourite! Everything Sézane is great quality and just stunning. I used one of the duffel bags for a trip to Greece and let me tell you I was bringing that thing everywhere I was afraid some of the velvet would get dirty or rip or something but it held beautifully! Love this brand 

Love the design, some of the product quality is not as good as others. Overall beautiful products

The silhouettes pretty much stay the same season after season.  Not very size inclusive in their branding or range of sizes. Their outerwear is always blink-and-you-miss-it, emblematic of how there used to be supply / stock out issues where runs would sell out very quickly.

High quality women's fashion. Been familiar with the brand since ~2016 or so. In recent years they've branched out from a couple releases a year to continuous; from primarily clothing to a pretty healthy line of jewelry, shoes & accessories. Beautiful quality & prints, beautiful styling on the website. Special shout out to their outerwear which is top notch (although lightweight, very much suited to urban winter).

It's clear that their customer service does not have the ability to problem solve or follow through on their promises. 

For my birthday I decided to treat myself to my first (and last) Sezane order-- a long list of items I had been saving in my cart. I was beyond excited and checked daily to see progress as everything was shipped out. It was a pretty expensive order, so I wanted to make sure things were on track. I was so in love with all the items and I felt like a kid waiting to unwrap the gifts under the Christmas tree.

Fast forward a few days after shipment and my package had finally arrived in the States! FedEx reached out for a customs form, which I sent over electronically and immediately. Then the agent at FedEx said they needed descriptions of the items, and that my invoice with the list of items was not enough. (They needed sourcing info for fabrics, etc.) I sent the agent the generic Sezane email address for them to contact, and then I forwarded what FedEx needed in my own separate email to Sezane. I was anxious that there was a delay, but it all seemed very standard for a foreign shipment.

Over the next two weeks, there was several more emails back and forth to FedEx and the Sezane Support. It was mostly just me relaying messages that FedEx needed the sourcing info, and Sezane indicating that they were on top of it and the package would be released for delivery soon. I checked tracking several times each day.

Then FedEx gave me a "final request" email saying that they needed Sezane to respond otherwise they would send the item back. I made sure that Sezane was aware of this with another reminder email. I was again reassured they were on it.

As you can guess, my package was sent back to France. I was absolutely heartbroken. When I reached out to Sezane to see what could be done, I was brushed off and there were undertones that it was MY fault that the package was sent back. I was told that since the package went to a different "Workshop" for returns, there was no way to send it back to me and if I wanted items I would have to reorder.

I am in utter shock at the last correspondence I received regarding my order. It's absolutely unacceptable. I did everything on my part to facilitate delivery and completed every instruction immediately and to a T. I went above and beyond to make sure there was an understanding of what was needed from FedEx for my package to be released from US Customs. I asked again and again if there was anything I could do to assist with the process.

I was told numerous times Sezane was in communication with FedEx. Customer service directly said "Your package appears to be blocked with FEDEX.
I just contacted them, so the situation should unblock!" I feel misled and lied to. From my understanding and directives from FedEx, the reason this order was returned came from a complete lack of facilitation and diligence on Sezane's part.

The only offering I was given was "If you want to reorder, I think it is better to change the address of your future delivery or complete the instructions to facilitate delivery." Even if I reordered, some of the items are no longer available. Even if I sent it to a different address, the same issue of customs needing item descriptions would still occur.

I'm awaiting their response and will update when I hear back.

It's truly such a shame because I was going to be such a loyal customer spending beaucoup $$$ for their goods. It felt like they had something special, but now I will have to spread the word of what a terrible experience I've had to hopefully save others from going through the same process.
