I have many Sandro pieces in my closet and I love all the pieces that I have. I will say from shopping with them that there are some hit or miss pieces depending on your taste, but everything that’s made its way into my closet has been a winner. I would definitely wait for sales as the original prices are a bit steep and the discounts can be pretty meaningful (at least in the US.) If you want something with Parisian flair, without the Chanel price tag, I think Sandro hits the spot!

I’ve bought a dress and a pair of shoes from Sandro and as much as the quality is good and you can find some funky designs there, I believe it’s still a tad overpriced - hence one point off. That said, these have been my go-to shoes for almost a year. A bit hard to wear in at first.

I have a navy peacoat from them that I have had for over 10 years. It has held up really well and I just had to replace the lining. It is sleek, timeless, and minimalist style. It has a removable fur trim on the hood and leather details on the sleeves.

The customer service is appalling The customer service is appalling! They are arrogant and fail to realise that the customer pays them! I bought a dress online and they sent it with security tag still attached. Their proposed solution was I send it back, wait for a refund and buy it again or take it to the store in London (130 miles away from me)…. Which was an infringement on my time, and there was a 10% voucher offered off my next purchase, as a sorry! If they think I’m spending anymore money Sandro, their arrogance knows no bounds. DREADFUL customer service! There wasn’t even an apology for THEIR error. (Although I did manage to saw the security tag off with a kitchen knife, incase anyone fancies a 100% discount in store…) VILE company.
