I guess I’m feeling peer pressure from the two other reviews to leave a 5-star review because I have no complaints. I used the Starling sweet potatoes with the Gruyère and Sweet Potato Gratin from NYT Cooking, and it turned out fudge-like and nutty.

Obsessed with their little potatoes! Sad that they are no longer in season :( nothing else compares after cooking with these.

The cucumbers are amazing, also love the koginut squash! this year I'm excited to try the upstate abundance potato.
