    Really delicious as fresh Badger flame beets. The tinned beets are equally if not better with the addition of white balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Adds instant complexity and flavor to any meal. Small quantity but every bite is tasty.

    I was obsessed with the fresh sweet prince tomatoes and these are equally addicting. The flavor is intensified by the addition of extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. Such a quick and tasty flavor addition to any meal.

    I love a vegetable but do not always have time to prep it for easy meals. Enter Row 7 Seed Co. I love that they’re capitalizing off of the hype around tinned fish but with vegetables. I got the multipack and they are delicious. The tomatoes are my favorite and they pack a ton in (picture is when I was close to finishing it). I am hoping they’ll be in stores soon because I’d rather grab them at the store than have them delivered.

    I guess I’m feeling peer pressure from the two other reviews to leave a 5-star review because I have no complaints. I used the Starling sweet potatoes with the Gruyère and Sweet Potato Gratin from NYT Cooking, and it turned out fudge-like and nutty.
