I started Rise Centered because I wanted to wake up without my phone. Every sunrise clock I tried was either plastic, required an app, or just didn’t feel right on my nightstand. With a background in design, I imagined something different — a clock made from natural materials that felt grounding and human. I believe the way you wake up sets the tone for your entire day. In a world where “self-discipline” is sold as the answer to everything, I wanted to create products that don’t demand more willpower but instead make it easier to live the way we want to live. That’s why our first product is a sunrise alarm clock crafted from Himalayan salt, wood, and fabric — no apps, no subscriptions, no plastic clutter. Rise Centered is about designing mornings that feel calm, intentional, and connected to what matters.
