quip earns mixed reviews: it looks refined and travels well, but its brushing performance trails true electric rivals. Reviews praise quip’s sleek, lightweight design, mirror-mounted travel cover, timed 30‑second pulses, and hassle-free refill heads (often with batteries). Many criticize weak vibrations that act more as a timer than a cleaner, bristles that feel too stiff or wear quickly, fragile heads and motors, hard-to-remove parts, and occasional mold or gunk buildup—some dentists urge switching to oscillating or higher-powered brushes.

Use my quip toothbrush everyday! Love the sleek look in contrast to the bulky traditional electric toothbrush! Big fan- didn't love the toothpaste though.
Feedback
Would love a better travel pack.
Great aesthetics, questionable performance.

Stronger motor
I think it is a sleek looking toothbrush.
Feedback
I wish it did more than just vibrate, not sure the clean is deep enough for a vibration to be beneficial.

I've used a Quip toothbrush for several years - while the business model, customer service, and design are great, the product is ultimately disappointing. I've had to replace my toothbrush handle a few times, because after repeated use it does start to lose its basic functions. The on/off button malfunctions over time.
I have been using Quip for about 3 years now and have had no problems with it! They send me my subscription every 3 months and the customer service even replaced the cover when it broke. The best for traveling! It also a fun Xmas gift to gift somebody who has everything :)

The only improvement I would make is the suctioning to the mirror. It lasted maybe the first 3 days. Which is fine because it just set it in the cover while it stands up.
Purchased their basic toothbrush in hopes of replacing my everyday toothbrush. I would not even consider this as a travel toothbrush, not a chance in comparison to a baseline electric option. Felt like I constantly had to replace the battery and it wouldn’t even stay on consistently.

You don’t get what you pay for because I would’ve rather opted for a standard non-electric for cheaper and a better clean.
I love the toothbrush. I have been using quip for the past 8 months. Love the style of it too and that you don't have to plug it in

Kinda gets gross and might get mold in the cover. There isn't enough ventilation. I feel like im doing something wrong haha

quip has a nice-looking brush and relatively simple design that makes it nice for travel and replacing the brush head. It's probably not the *best* brush in the world, but changing my brush head every few months isn't something I'm going to remember on my own.

The subscription management is maybe the worst I've ever seen from a brand – you have to wait until your next shipment is "ready" in order to skip it
Super slim and sleek design that makes it easy to bring along with when traveling. Love the subscription service it offers to change out toothbrush heads every month or your desired frequency. They also have cool add-ons like a reusable floss pick and gum that's supposed to be good for your teeth.

I love my quip toothbrush! I like getting a new brush head every 3 months or so. The toothbrush is sleek and so easy to travel with

I feel like my lid is getting moldy because of the wetness.
Not worth the hype- there’s plenty of quality electric toothbrushes on the market and my quip broke after a few months of use.
Pretty, but silly. It's a vibrating toothbrush, nothing to write home about.
Feedback
Make this a more functional electric toothbrush. Right now, it just vibrates and really doesn't clean my teeth any better than a standard toothbrush.
It’s great to get replacement heads on a schedule and the brush quality seems nice (if not a little softer than I’m used to). The floss was a bust. I just didn’t really feel like it was getting into all the spaces it should.
Aesthetically gorgeous and love the storage option to hang on the wall.
I bought the reusable floss pick and put it in the trash after just a few days. The floss pieces do not stay in place and the top of the pick is so large it does not fit all the way in my mouth for flossing molars. They force you to sign up for a refill subscription to buy the pick, but thankfully cancelling was easy. Check out the Listerine reusable floss picks for a much better alternative.
Feedback
Improve the way floss is attached and make the tip much more narrow.
An honestly great toothbrush with thoughtful accessories. I use the toothbrush when I travel and the flosser daily. The floss is a more sustainable option, but doesn't always work as well as normal floss (breaks more easily)
Feedback
Better floss and an easier to clean toothbrush holder

Was attracted to the sleek design, was underwhelmed by the performance and functionality. I've moved on to different toothbrushes. I'd recommend if good design might help motivate better brushing habits but otherwise pass.
Toothbrush works great and I'm impressed by how long the battery lasts.
I love my Quip kit and I think it's a really great all-in-one subscription service for mouth hygiene. I definitely go through tooth brush heads really quickly, so It's nice that I don't have to worry about going out and buying a new one when mine is done. You can edit your plan, and it's really affordable!

The best feature isn't the vibration but instead the timing of the vibration. I never realized how long 2 minutes actually was until having it fully timed. Im sure this has improved my brushing purely by being timed. The subscription is cheap enough to not worry about when it comes up and is helpful to actually switch out the heads.

If we could get brushes that actually move instead of just vibrate it would be a perfect brush.
