quip earns mixed reviews: it looks refined and travels well, but its brushing performance trails true electric rivals. Reviews praise quip’s sleek, lightweight design, mirror-mounted travel cover, timed 30‑second pulses, and hassle-free refill heads (often with batteries). Many criticize weak vibrations that act more as a timer than a cleaner, bristles that feel too stiff or wear quickly, fragile heads and motors, hard-to-remove parts, and occasional mold or gunk buildup—some dentists urge switching to oscillating or higher-powered brushes.

It is a good toothbrush but I don't thing it is that much better or different than other toothbrushes. I don't mind it at all but I also don't LOVE it.
Great toothbrush, switch to Quip so I wouldn’t brush my gums so hard because I’ve had issues with sensitivity
Perfect toothbrush for living in a dorm or any communal space. I used mine during college and loved it. The storage aspect is very nice but the power is nothing compared to a standard electric toothbrush if that is what you are looking for. I did not purchase the subscription because it was not worth it for my needs. The only downside was when I went to replace the battery it stopped working. Not sure what happened but I think the battery doesn’t reach in order to turn the brush on again. Served me well for the time needed.
I like to buy quality things and this toothbrush is worth it
A little pricy for a basic bitch brush head.
Quip is revolutionizing oral care with its sleek, dentist-designed products. I mean, who knew brushing your teeth could be so stylish? Their electric toothbrushes not only look good on your bathroom counter, but they also give you that dentist-clean feeling every time you use them. And let's talk about their refillable floss. It's like they took something mundane and made it cool. Plus, it's better for the environment, so you can feel good about your oral hygiene routine. But what really sets Quip apart is the quality. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into every product, from the bristles on the toothbrush to the design of the floss dispenser. So if you're looking to upgrade your oral care game, do yourself a favor and give Quip a try. Your teeth – and your bathroom aesthetic – will thank you.
I feel super solid about using my quip. It’s great and easy to use, quick shipping and generally affordable. I do, however, find myself needing new handles about once a year despite making sure to follow all directions to a t. The first time I needed one, I reached out and they suggested it was my fault that it was no longer useable. The issue was that the glue connecting the inner chamber to the metal casing had worn down, which is the same problem I am having now. I don’t see how that could be my fault? I also fear I end up with too much toothpaste leftover. The toothbrush head cycle is perfect though, so I don’t have a solution. I will, and do, continue to use quip, despite this issue :)
Their products' design is really lovely, minimalist and just perfect for me and my boyfriend. Also, their toothbrushes are really durable. With regular toothbrushes, I would change them every 3 months and they would look horrible. With the Quip ones, I still change them every 3 months (sanitary reasons) but they still look brand new!
We subscribe to quip for the kid's toothbrush head replacement and the floss. It's perfectly convenient and my son loves having a fancy electric toothbrush just like mom.
Good toothbrush brushes well and leaves my teeth clean
I love the option to stick the toothbrush holder onto a medicine cabinet door. The adhesive is very strong and stays put. I will say it feels like a buzzing Colgate toothbrush though. Not at all comparable to an Oral B electric brush. I’m not sure I will purchase a refill once I run out of attachment heads.

I loved this at first but after u Change the brush head it will come off in middle of brushing your teeth so u have to start all over it became so annoying I got rid of both of mine . I tried to contact and never heard anything I bought the Bluetooth one and was disappointed
I like Quip as a travel brush if you want something better than a regular toothbrush, but I prefer my heavy duty electric toothbrush to quip. But it is good for travel.
I bought into the quip hype 2 years ago. Back then they had more premium pricing and also had some bluetooth technology to syn to their app. While I enjoy the esthetic look, it actually harmed my teeth long term. I also had my toothbrush die on me 2-3 times where I got a replacement but it just wasn't worth using anymore. I ended up switching to an Oral B electric toothbrush.
I received this as a gift. The toothbrush is fine, it looks sleek but other than that there's nothing particularly special about it.
I've used this toothbrush for over a year now. The toothbrush heads and a battery are shipped right to my mailbox so it remember to switch them and don't even have to think about it. The have increased the price for the heads recently, and I'm still paying but if it goes up much more, I'll start considering switching toothbrushes.

When this came out it was everywhere and I really liked it. However, it lost its glam, and was hard to find replacement heads. I ended up using i like a normal toothbrush,
I've been a loyal quip user for several years and used to tell everyone to get a quip. However, after 2 broken brushes and realizing the "electric" part of it is pointless, I'm planning to switch to a real electric toothbrush soon The good: -2 minute timer with 30 sec reminder changed how I brush my teeth -Beautiful, sleek design -Autoship for new heads and batteries is convenient -Good customer service when I did have issues The bad: -Despite following directions, the brush head is nearly impossible to remove. As a result, I've broken two separate brushes (crack in a part that connects the brush head to the base, which caused the head to not stay on). I contacted customer service after the first break and they did replace it. After the 2nd I just replaced with one on sale at Target. -It's marketed as an electric toothbrush, but is simply a regular brush that vibrates. I've since learned that a true electric brush you don't brush, it does the work for you. If you are concerned about gum health and have a hard time brushing lightly, you probably want a "real," (unfortunately much more expensive) electric brush. I'll be making the switch soon.
I love my Quip toothbrush I have a smart pink one. My Quip toothbrush actually went bad. It kept running out of battery way too frequently so Quip sent me a new one free of charge. You also get points for brushing your teeth which you can use to redeem rewards.
I used quip for a few years and I think it did the job but I did end up switching to a different brand because I worried that it was not structured and operated in a way that delivered as thorough of a cleaning as I’d like. Overall if you are looking for an affordable electric toothbrush with a subscription option to take the guesswork out of when brush heads and batteries need to be replaced, it’s a good option. Sleek design.
