Quince reviews and discussion

I purchased this dress at the end of season so I haven’t had the chance to give it a *Full* go, but I appreciate the lining for security and the silicone stay-up strip for the strapless neckline. I respect the idea of Quince cutting out any sort of price gouging middle man, however “copying” other brands products is an ethical debate for me 😅

So far, I’ve had a great experience with Quince. It started out small - with jewelry and clothing, but my Quince lineup has now snowballed into furniture and luggage. I just bought the boucle bed and I’m in love. It came with white glove delivery and was assembled in my room for me. The rug in the photo is also Quince. My Quince suitcase has well outlasted my French brand-name one. While Quince doesn’t necessarily manufacture these products, I’ve really grown to trust their vetting process. There might be hits and misses - but so far, I’ve been all hits - and if you do miss, they have great customer service and returns. Yup, I am a fan.

MIXED REVIEWS! And edited as of 5/12/26 - specifically the bedding 5/10 Mongolian Cashmere Twist Headband - returned this item because it felt tight on my head but that it would also stretch too much once worn often and then be too big and fall off. It would be better if it had an elastic strip at the base of the head to form better and stay in place. I consider myself to have a small / average size head, wearing usually 55-57cm hats. 10/10 Mongolian Cashmere Shrunken Crewneck Sweater - this was the one I was most shocked and excited for! I am a big fan of another cashmere brand so keep my expectations low when trying others. I LOVE how this one feels and fits! I enjoy that it mimics a casual look of a sweatshirt with the stitching by the collar / neck. This is super versatile and a hail Mary thrown in the cart last minute, but glad I did! WOULD RECOMMEND! I purchased a small and thought about possibly returning for a medium to have fit a little oversized but ultimately stuck with the small! 5/10 Ponte Straight Leg - returned, these fit weird on me in certain places and felt too heavy. Like i would break a nail trying to pull them on but then too big in areas under waist band. Not a love and an iffy like at best. 5/10 - Bamboo Sheet set and Duvet cover. The reason I purchased is because my friend loves them as a cooling sheet, I am in desperate need of this right now and am always down for a word of mouth rec! After sleeping in the full set 2 nights, I can say I do like them and will be keeping them. Weeks later, I noticed some piling and what looked like faint ripping lines. I returned and customer service was great. The duvet started to do the same thing and just returned as well.

I have really mixed feelings about this brand. First of all, the quality is never comparable to the brands they compare to, these linen sheets are lightweight and decently made. Not luxury. It's fine, but you get what you pay for. I also really hate that they are basically knocking off other brands R&D.

love the brown shade of this sweater, small is the perfect oversized fit (i'm typically between a small and medium). soft cashmere at an affordable price, doesn't itch at all! great quality from all the pieces i've purchased.

Bought the handtowels during BFCM and they arrived very quickly— big plus to Quince there. So far, the towels seem really nice, soft and plush with good absorbency. Got 2 sets, in two different shades - the blue looks more aesthetically pleasing compared to the grey - but functionality wise I have no complaints. They washed well too, no shrinkage nor change in texture (threw them for a quick wash + dry as soon as I got them out of the mail).

I’ve tried a range of products from Quince over the years—bags, clothes, even a couple of their fragrances—and the experience has been consistently solid. Everything looks good and performs well enough, though not quite at the level their brand messaging might suggest. The materials and finishes feel a step below true luxury, but still above most fast-fashion options. It’s a brand that delivers good quality at fair prices, and that’s really the value proposition: you get what you pay for. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing disappointing either.

The poncho is such an amazing size, and I love that it's cashmere! The quality is amazing, and it's been a great fall wardrobe staple. The grey color is a perfect neutral option and I have been able to wear it with so much!

I have two of their purses, and like both of them! I bought the convertible purse most recently and have been using it as an everyday bag. The little bow purse is more of a special occasion bag for me.

I’ve ordered from Quince several times and they never disappoint. I have a few of their linen pieces, including the tank. The material has a nice weight to it. It’s well made and has the perfect cut. Like the rest of their linen products, this top doesn’t look shriveled or messy after washing. It retains its shape as long as you flatten it before hang drying. I love the versatility of this top. It’s comfortable and perfect for a hot or humid day

I think overall this brand is pretty good, but it’s not the greatest quality ever. I got a linen quilt for my bed and compared to the parachute one I have it’s definitely not as nice (navy in the photo is parachute). I also got a pair of linen pants that the elastic keeps breaking. On the other hand I got a washable silk dress for my daughter that is amazing! So, maybe avoid the linen? Excellent customer service and return policy!! So no harm in trying it out!

I’m having a hard time writing this review. On one hand, I like the color of this set a lot and I like being able to buy a complete matching set of all the pieces to really do a color drench moment on my bed. However, I don’t know that I can recommend these based on the quality. It’s just kind of lacking? These are linen and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I wouldn’t exactly call these soft. I got the really deep maroon color and they have left pilling and red staining on all my pillows and mattress, which isn’t the end of the world, but it isn’t ideal. We’ll see how long these last, but I think I still prefer the feel of my Target performance cotton sheets. I also decided to order some towels and they sent me bath mats by mistake. The mats were cheap quality and if they are any indication of the quality of the coordinating towels, I would stay far away, especially considering the price point ($35+ for two cheap oversized hand towels). It was a giant ass pain trying to get a refund. It turned me off the to the whole brand at that point. I would say I’m giving them 3.5 stars and rounding up because I can’t get half stars.

I have the Linen Duvet cover and it's very nice - high quality, easy to wash and wears in nicely with use. It's light and soft. I also have the duvet insert which is fluffy and very warm, but not overly so. Affordable for the quality.

Really beautiful, high quality product. I’ve purchased from Quince before and have been so impressed by price vs. quality and how robust the items are. The color is gorgeous, and feel of this sweater is luxurious.

I looked everywhere for sheer linen curtains, and I ended up choosing quince. I really liked everything from the fashion shipping to the presentation to the price. I like how many details they included on the website while I was shopping also. Only issue I had is that I needed three so I had to buy two sets of two. Only negative was that the curtains were kind of shedding a lot - I probably got what I paid for because this is significantly cheaper than websites like West Elm and Crate & Barrel.

The hoodie arrived in a compostable bag with no damages. As for the hoodie itself, the sleeves fit perfectly (I have long arms) but the torso was a bit short (I have a long torso). However, the material was buttery soft, breathable, and moisture wicking—exactly what I was looking for to wear outside to protect myself from the sun! The zipper was a bit clunky but not defective. I also liked the secret pocket within one of the regular pockets. I just wish the price were a bit lower—perhaps $30.

I’ve purchased a ton of Quince items- organic sheets, duvet covers and towels, quilts, a long cotton dress that’s a dupe for another brand, and, of course , their cashmere. I wanted a cream sweater so ordered the Fisherman cropped sweater, and love the soft, casual knit that can be dressed up or down with jeans or a silk skirt. Excellent price for the quality. Looks best with a bodysuit or camisole underneath.

So glad I listened to my friend about Quince! My linen duvet and bamboo sheets are a dream — so incredibly comfortable, and the color options are gorgeous. I've been mixing and matching, and things are blending nicely. Their fast shipping was a nice bonus. Definitely a new favorite that I will be recommending to friends and family.

I’ve always wondered about Quince but never ordered anything until recently. Love the selection on their website, the quality of the products, and the speed of delivery. Also love that they have a 365 day return policy but I haven’t had to use it because everything was exactly as described.

Quince can be hit or miss for me, fit and quality wise. I think they have some great classic staples - cashmere cardigans / sweaters, work pants, silk skirts and tops. Some of their silhouettes are a bit off / not flattering and sometimes the material is not quality enough even for the price. I have had some trouble with some of their more stretch jeans / leather bags. they have a great return policy and easy shipping so makes it a bit easier to test out different items. Their home collection is also great - I love my cotton sheets and duvet covers.
