Absolutely love P.Volve!!!! These kits are amazing for giving you an incredible low impact workout but keeping you in tip top shape. The classes that go with it are also the best! Instructors are fun and effective. Much better than any other online instruction I’ve had in the past. It’s also really great for travel!! 10/10!

I use Pvolve almost exclusively for it progressive weight training. I normally hate weight training, it’s so boring. Pvolve makes weights less painful because all of the moves are compound, usually involving balancing on one leg.
