I have been looking for hair products suited for my lifestyle and hair type. Not only does the quiz customize your hair products and really get to know you, but you absolutely feel the difference in just one week. My hair is visibly less oily with more volume, I can't wait to see the results in a couple more weeks. This was gifted by Prose.

I liked the Prose quiz and how they pick ingredients and products you need but I wanted to be able to customize it more. I like the scent I chose and the Prose system itself. But overall I thought the shampoo, conditioner and hair oil were okay. I like the overall idea of it but I didn’t find anything so special about it and it really didn’t feel different from any other shampoo and conditioner. Maybe I just need to use it longer to see results. Just make sure your really take thought into the quiz to get the hair care right for you.gifted by prose

Prose gifted me a custom routine after a thorough analysis of my current situation and I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about the brand. First, the questionnaire was so thorough and in-depth to get to know me. Second, I feel they recommended and prepare exactly what I needed and third, the packaging is so luxe and amazing and truly feels personal. I LOVE IT

My entire experience with Prose has been amazing. From the quiz, to personalizing my products to how well each product works - I have no complaints! Omg! I found my new favorite haircare brand! Not only do they work but they are custom made for your needs. The survey is quick and easy to do and they provide everything you may need to get your hair back in check. The difference in my hair is amazing. My hair was suffering after covid and then some stressful life issues and from it falling out to being rough and frizzy looking i just coupdnt find anything that worked, but thanks to this amazing set that was gifted by Prose, my hair is looking, and feeling smooth, shiny and most importantly healthy! I have had an awesome experience with Prose, and have had a much healthier hair journey since starting my subscription a few years ago. The ability to customize to your hair needs based on location and concerns is really innovative, and I love being able to choose my fragrance for each shipment. The shampoo is perfect for a gentle yet effective cleanse and leaves my (usually oily) lengths feeling clean yet hydrated. I tend to be able to make it last a few days without getting oily again, too! In part I believe this is due to the wonderful hair mask that I also get in my subscription, which is a pre-shampoo mask that helps balance my oily scalp. My only issue is that they do not send out reminders as to when your order is going to ship, often times I find out on the day it's been charged and is already being made for me, which means you cannot cancel the order since it's already in production and products are made to order. I appreciate this no-waste approach to beauty, however I have a huge backstock of product because I simply do not go through it that quickly. Customer service is top notch and goes way above and beyond, more than any other company I've worked with before. They are very helpful in addressing my concerns and have helped me better manage my account. I just wish a simple automated email would tell us when they're about to process!

I recieved this complimentary from prose. These products are honestly such an amazing trio for my hair. I love how they created the set to my preferences and to what my hair needs. I am honestly very happy with this set and love how it has that oceanic and fresh and clean scent I really enjoy. These products made my hair very soft and manageable and I cant get enough of how healthier my hair looks already. The hydration is also very there with these products. Prose service is very fun! It is very personalized and individual. I tried couple things from them and was impressed with unique formula that they used for my hair after the survey I did. They also used natural ingredients that made my hair very soft and smooth. Gifted by Prose.

The shampoo has a great lather and it leaves my hair feeling clean but doesn’t completely strip it. The conditioner is really creamy and absorbs so well into my hair and makes it super easy to detangle. My curls were so defined after getting out of the shower & I was really excited to style. The gel has a very thick consistency but if your hair is soaking well it applies so well and gives so much definition and shine. After drying, my curls looked and felt amazing!

I was gifted by Prose 3 products that were made SPECIFICALLY for my needs and I absolutely love them. I will never use anything else on my hair. I was sent a shampoo, conditioner and curl cream and my curls have never been healthier and bouncier!
