I loved how thorough the questionnaire was when doing the initial consultation. I got a pre-shampoo mask and customized shampoo and conditioner. Since I have extremely dry ends, the pre-shampoo helps so much with prepping my hair and makes my hair feel soft, shampoo is non stripping and the conditioner is very moisturizing. Really easy routine to follow and I’m noticing a big difference in the texture and look of my hair, my ends feel less frail and dried and overall hair looks shiny. Gifted by Prose.

I was super excited to be gifted by Prose. First off these came in a very nice box and were very secure to avoid any spills or leaks and that’s super important. Secondly the packaging was super cute and because they are custom made for your hair they have your name on them. I selected the scent with jasmine in it and I’m super excited that I did because it’s so good I seriously want a perfume of it like no joke at all. I was kinda shocked that the shampoo was so thin but it fomed up just fine and rinsed out like super easy so I didn’t have to pick my hair up in different parts just to get the shampoo out. My hair was also a lot softer right after shampooing and less tangled than normal. The conditioner was very hydrating but not overly thick or hard to rinse out either. I used the leave in conditioner afterwards and nothing else no gel no cream just the leave in and normally my hair would be a frizzy mess but it actually looks really amazing. Thank you!

I've been really enjoying my haircare routine by Prose. My damaged bleached hair was using a hair mask as conditioner every week because regular conditioner wouldn't cut it. Prose leaves my hair just as soft and shiny with the system. I do wish there were instructions that come on the products or at least with the products. I wasn't sure exactly how to best use the pre-shampoo mask and had to go out of my way to Google it. But overall, the results of using the whole Prose routine has been great and so worth it! Love this customized hair care routine for my hair. The shampoo conditioner and hair oil that I ordered from prose were just so perfect for my unmanageable hair. I was so excited to finally try out Prose products! I love the idea of getting personalized hair care, especially as someone with brittle bleached hair. I received an order of shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil after taking the hair care quiz gifted by Prose. All of these products smell amazing. The shampoo is my favorite, it really cleanses my scalp while being sulfate free, which is preferable for my color treated hair. The conditioner is alright, I typically always use a deep conditioner so unfortunately this product didn’t leave my hair quite as soft as I’m used to. If you typically only use a regular conditioner, I’m sure this will work just fine for you. Mine came with a purple tint to reduce brassiness, but the purple is too light to do much to tone my hair. The hair oil is a miss for me. It feels like it sits thickly on top of my hair instead of absorbing like some other oils I’ve used. It smells absolutely incredible though, I’m obsessed with it. I’ll probably use it as a pre-wash treatment. 5 stars for the shampoo, 3 for the conditioner, and 2 for the hair oil.

the quiz was comprehensive and gave me a selection of products that would be beneficial to my hair care routine. i chose a pre-shampoo mask, shampoo, and conditioner. my order arrived in less than a week which was great. there was so much attention to detail like the cards that came with my order and my name being printed on the packaging. i've been using my prose hair products for over a week now and my hair has never looked and felt better!!

I love that this shampoo is very detailed in customization. The experience in customizing my personal shampoo to reach my hair goals was very exciting. I wanted more volume and more shine to my hair/ They had me take a quiz in all the factors that goes into hair growth. Love that these shampoos doesn't have parabens and sulfates. You're able to choose certain scents as well, which I really love, because sometimes some scents I'm not the hugest fan of, but love the way the shampoo works! I've been using this for over a month and my hair looks amazing, shiny, soft, and more volumized, especially at the roots. My hair would always look very flat and weighed down. I definitely recommend! So happy with my hair now!

The assessment you take really hones in on what you need to help your hair flourish and what environmental factors (based on your zip) are having a negative effect on your hair. I was blown away! I have been using the pre-shampoo scalp mask , shampoo and leave in conditioner…boy am I blown away! These products in conjunction have left my hair super clean, smooth(soft), tamed of flyaways more than they normally are and just feel SO MUCH BETTER…plus the scent is lovely! I have wanted to try the brand for such a long time and am so glad I was given the opportunity! Highly recommend the brand and products!
