I had an issue with my package delivery and never received it for some reason and Prose customer service was so nice and offered to re-send it free of charge. After a few days of trying it out, my hair was already feeling thicker and retaining more moisture. I have been able to let my hair air dry and it dries with waves and curls that I haven’t had before! I will be sticking with Prose for my hair care products going forward!

This did not work well with my hair. However, the customer service was absolutely incredible. I would recommend this product, because they put a ton of effort creating a great hair experience. Thier customer service was probably the best I have ever delt with. My advice, try it. You won't regret it.

Made my hair dull and greasy. Didn't fit my needs at all. Fortunately, they gave me an easy refund and I could just throw away opened, unused product.

Since using Prose my scalp and hair have never felt better. I color my hair regularly and my hair always feels silky soft, clean and my scalp is super healthy. My hair stays clean for days! I really noticed how much I've come to enjoy Prose when I recently traveled and used a high end shampoo and conditioner which did not come close to how my hair feels using Prose. Great job! I have already raved about Prose to multiple friends. My scalp hurt for MONTHS after I had head lice, which caused significant body itching, even long after the lice were gone. Nothing worked, including the $375 prescription shampoo from my doctor. Until PROSE!! I spent 3 months in pain, and overnight after using my custom scalp mask, shampoo, and conditioner for the first time, it was like my head and body were transformed. I not only feel comfortable again, I’m truly enjoying my life and my job for the first time since December. I’ll never go back!

#ProsePraise Prose works wonderfully with my hair goals; the quiz is very helpful, targeting questions about my hair and answering them with well-researched information. I don’t feel uncomfortable about what I’m putting into my hair, because Prose uses only natural ingredients and not artificial chemicals that do more harm than good. The shampoo and conditioner work wonders; more than regular drug store or even Ulta products. I have oily hair, and my custom formulated Prose hair care saved my scalp! Now I can go three to four days without washing my hair, and it is still as soft and shiny as it was when I washed it. I had all but given up hope for finding a hair care routine that worked for me, but Prose hair care is a miracle worker; I will never be going back to my old products. Prose saved my hair; for that I will always be grateful. Thank you, Prose!

I’m absolutely in love with this complimentary Prose skin care set! I love how it’s fully customized for me. The lotion makes my skin feel so soft and I’ve definitely noticed more of a glow. I would highly recommend trying this product.

I have used regular store brands for years and was never able to find a shampoo and conditioner which would work for my natural European curly hair. I tried Olaplex after doing a color correction and what was left of my hair ended up fried. Then I decided to give Prose a try. It totally changed my hair. I am able to air dry my hair now, having beautiful natural curls where i had frizz before. Even when i do a blowout to straighten my hair it’s soft, shiny and looks healthy. Prose is hands down the best product on the market for me. I know it’s a bit pricey but definitely worth it and cheaper than the salon haircare products.

My hair has never been this managable. It is so soft, my hairdresser has mentioned how good it feels and looks. I am using the shampoo, conditioner, curl cream, hair mask, styling gel and oil. I love it all. I am 62 and my hair is completely gray, I grew it out 4 years ago and my hair was hard to manage becasue gray hair tends to be course and does whatever it wants to do. I used a lot of different hair products ( which is very exspensive) but never did what it said it would do and always felt dry and looked frizzy. I decided to try #Prosehaircare since all the ingredients are for my hair and enviroment and what I wanted my hair to do. I was amazed from day one how my hair looked and felt. I swear by this product and tell everyone about it. I adore the custom products from prose! I was so excited to try the skincare. The quiz was very thorough and did all the mental load of building a balanced skin care routine that targeted my needs AND my environment. When the package arrived, I was stunned how beautiful the products themselves are. The cleanser is so gentle, yet effective. These serum is super hydrating and the vitamin c is gentle on my skin. I was so excited to try this skincare regimen that was customized for my individual needs. The cleanser is a nice consistency and leaves my face feeling so clean, along with the serum that is very hydrating but not too heavy. I am a fan of the gel lotion and love the packaging. Complimentary from Prose. First off I think it is really cool how I can complete an online consultation and getting to know the exact ingredients that goes into each skincare product. I chose fragrance-free for my products since I have sensitive skin. My cleanser is water-based and feels lightweight on my skin. It gets the job done and helps with efficient cleansing. I chose a gel cream moisturizer and this is super sheer and lightweight. It is almost watery in a sense. I like this because it provides nice hydration but also doesn't leave my skin too oily.

I absolutely loved this custom, three step skincare routine. I love the personalization aspect and the fact that Prose really wants to get to know your skin and your concerns. My cleanser, moisturizer and serum were all the perfect consistencies for my skin. I especially loved the moisturizer-it was extra creamy and felt so refreshing and hydrating on my skin.
