  • I purchased the salami, ham and pepper turkey because we are trying to eat more meatess meals. I was disappointed to discover that at approx. $44/lb. the comparison to meat based coldcut nutritonal values were pretty much the same regarding sodium. Coldcuts are something we avoid because of the sodium content. The carb value was higher as were the calories (slightly). The flavor and texture were ok but not worth the cost and nutritional value. The nutritional value was not included with my order. I had to reserach it online. At the end of the day, eating heathly doesn't seem to include coldcuts for some of us, plant based or not. Disappointed.

  • I had the opportunity to try their ham at Bi-Rite supermarkets in San Francisco and absolutely fell in love. I was skeptical at first, admittedly, being a vegan and having so many mediocre faux meat options out there starts to give you a bad taste in your mouth (no pun intended). However, the ham in the sandwich was amazing and my wife and I have been getting a sandwich every other day for over a month now.

More ham and meat options please!

  • I love this product! They have (had?) it at Plantega in NYC and think it's so delicious! I actually generally like it better than traditional cold cuts.

  • Delicious koji made ham. Super cool product that is gluten free and soy free, especially when a lot of the alternatives use wheat and soy, it nice to see a product taste good without it. I love using their products for charcuterie and pizzas
