Here's a professional but firm review you can post: I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pfulf. I placed an order totaling nearly $200, and my package was never delivered. After contacting customer service multiple times, I was met with unhelpful responses from both management and supervisors. Instead of taking responsibility or working toward a resolution, I was repeatedly told there was "nothing they could do." They refused to resend my order and also refused to issue a refund, leaving me out nearly $200 with absolutely nothing to show for it. Good customer service means standing behind your customers when problems arise, especially when an order is never received. The lack of accountability, concern, and willingness to resolve the issue has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pfulf. Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong with their order, they may be left without their product or their money.
