Would love if it was a little fluffier for scrambled eggs. 

Obsessed!! Finally a vegan egg alternative that's made with real ingredients, not junk. I love the taste for egg patties, french toast, and baking. 

Also their mission is wonderful. They are 100% women owned and weave sustainability into everything they do.
