Parade earns mixed reviews: the brand delights with very soft, colorful, size-inclusive underwear and notably comfortable bralettes and loungewear that often become daily go-tos, but durability and sizing inconsistency undercut the experience. Reviewers praise fabrics like Seamless Universal and New:Cotton, flattering high-waist silhouettes, and fun drops, while reporting waistband creasing after washes, mesh fraying, bralette fit issues for larger busts, and questions around sustainability claims.

I love love love their products. I have the striped silk pajama set and I love it because it does ride up and isn't harsh on my skin. I typically don't sleep with pjs on due to the fact that I get really hot at night but the set is so breathable. He panties and comfortable, they don't ride up in my lady parts and they are breathable. I love the colors and size range allows for anyone to purchase from the site I highly recommend for anyone to try out their products.

Their website has so many options to choose from as they have a wide range of products including underwear, swimwear, casual and athleisure. I ordered a pair of underwear. The sizing is true to size. The underwear are so comfortable and very cute. It was delivered very quickly as well! Their items are pretty affordable and they also always have cute items stocked in their sale portion of the website. The best thing is that a percentage of your sale goes to a foundation and cause of your choice at checkout. I would 100 percent recommend this brand and will be buying from them again!

I tried a few different styles of undies and bras, all in my usual size. None of the undies fit, and only a couple of the bras did. The others had me quad-boobing hard. Their return policy is also pretty sketchy; I highly recommend reading it before purchasing. They only let me return one of the several things I bought despite some of them not having been opened at all but they oh so graciously gave me a one time 15% off discount code to buy more stuff from them. -.- The two bras that actually fit I still wear occasionally. They don’t do anything to lift or flatter the girls (in fact I only wear them on don’t care days), but they’ve held up alright, better than I expected. I’ll be avoiding the brand but I do see they work well for some people and I think it’d be fine as long as you’re an informed buyer.

very comfortable underwear and a good customer service experience

sizing is weird -- what sizes fit me in certain styles didn't in others and their recommended size for me was way off and I had to return a bunch of what I bought. I also feel mislead by their sustainability claims because they seem to be releasing items at a fast-fashion rate (i.e. new product drops seemingly weekly, expanding their offerings from just undergarments, unclear sustainability claims on website)

I love the messaging and marketing behind this brand, but the product left a bit to be desired for me. While the material itself is soft to the touch, as an undergarment it did practically nothing as far as any support goes, and felt slippery and strange to me. I have tried several products from Parade and the only thing i didn't fully dislike were the thongs. Overall, great brand, and has potential, but isn't for me.

Love me some Parade! Switch from Victoria secret to Parade & never look backed!

While I am a fan of this brand's inclusivity and unique collaborations, I am extremely disappointed by their greenwashing and terrible quality. Parade is simply not sustainable like it claims to be. I purchased a bralette from them last year and was extremely disappointed by how cheap the material felt. I then ordered from SKIMS and the quality was night and day. I have also heard from friends that their underwear from Parade tore after a single wear.

I love their bralettes and have very few complaints. They're soft, comfortable, and don't ride up. I am between sizes, which is a bit frustrating, but otherwise enjoy the fit. I have mixed feelings about the underwear, though. I love the fit and the look of them. The fabric is really soft (I have pairs in their standard fabric, the mesh, and the re:play) -- but they make me sweat SO MUCH. I thought I could veer away from cotton underwear given advertising and others' reviews, but it's just not working. I can only wear them for a few hours before I need to change into a different pair :/ The re:play thongs also do not stay in place very well for casual wear or exercising.

If you sweat in non-cotton underwear, you will likely sweat in these too.

50% of my underwear is Parade. The unboxing is always really fun, and the in-store experience (pop-up in Soho last year) was also very fun. The products are SUPER comfortable, the material is incredibly soft. I love all of their high-waist pieces and all of their tops as well. I bought several of their pieces. I sometimes buy when they have a sale, but also bought full price - totally worth it!

I think Parade is one of my favorite new shops for any lingerie or simple basics. Their marketing is impeccable and the flash sales have great options. The materials used feel super high quality and honestly make you feel more confident when wearing them because you feel held in and secure. The designs are all practical but super cute. They also have a GREAT size scale and have options for all body types which is rare with lingerie companies. They have options 1+, 2+ and 3+ for girls with larger chests but different band sizes which is so inclusive. There is also a feature on the website that helps you pick your exact size, and I can vouch that it was correct for me. I also got two free items as a surprise in my package which I just think is a great touch.
Feedback
Although the sizing is great, the only feedback I have is about the fit. Having a larger chest, it’s important to have enough material for coverage and comfort. I found on one of the styles I bought that the stitching on the bra created a strange indent on the cup and therefore made the boob area a bit of an unattractive shape under clothes. The other bra i got though without the stitching on the cups was great!

Love Love Love the material and how everything feels. especially when it comes to the bra i got. as a plus sized woman with pretty large breasts its hard to find a bra that actually fits correctly let alone feels right on my body. They also did an amazing job with how fast the delivery was and packaging. Will totally purchase again!

I love love love Parade's Invisible Sculpt Hip Hugger. I've probably purchased at least 30 pairs over the years and at this point don't buy any other underwear except these. They're truly perfect and I love that they are made from recycled materials. Highly recommend.

Been a customer since 2018 and love them! They get better as they release more styles and cuts. Super comfortable and loveeee the high waisted options, they're the only cut I wear now.

Best undies! I’ve had to size up multiple times during my pregnancy and these have been the most comfortable and true to size.

I’m strictly a thong girl so I can only speak on those but they’re comfy and cute. I like all the color options though to get patterns and special ones it does get pricy for just a thong. I really like the eco friendly mission and statement though.
Feedback
Double check the sizing since it does seem to run one below what you’d normally get (probably due to having an xxs option). The other issue is if washed and dried normally (the tags recommend air drying) the re-play styles get a crease in the band that I don’t think comes out short of ironing it. And I’m not ironing a thong.

Love! Super comfy underwear and bralettes at a semi-affordable price and sustainable packaging and materials. They really put their money where their mouth is.
