Reviews mention

  • Luxe, breathable linen bedding
  • Cloud quilt’s cocooning warmth
  • Elegant, cohesive neutral palette
  • Plush, comfortable waffle robes
  • Prematurely thinning fitted sheets
  • Fray‑prone, snagging waffle towels
  • Weak duvet‑tie construction
  • Percale wrinkles after washing

Parachute Home earns mixed-but-positive reviews: its linens, robes, and Cloud/Cloud Cotton quilts feel luxuriously soft, breathable, and hotel-level cozy, and many report long-term durability, yet recurring complaints cite premature wear—tears, fraying towels, thinning fitted sheets, loose duvet ties—and occasional sizing quirks. Reviews of Parachute Home suggest the brand is good for elevated aesthetics, cooling linen, and standout robes and comforters, but buyers should expect variable durability across SKUs and manage heat with certain inserts that run warm.

  • My favorite bedding. I love the bundles and the range of colors. Expensive but I think is so worth it. Have had a duvet for over 2 years and it feels and looks like new still.

  • I've had a great experience with Parachute. I love their linen sheets, and have recently tried their cotton--also great.

    Feedback

I have noticed their sheets do not fit well if you have a mattress topper on your bed, would be nice if they were deeper, or offered a deeper option.

  • great quality- great customer service. nice product assortment

  • I have a few parachute home sheets and their linen quilt, everything from there is truly beautiful, high quality and washes extremely well. They're simply a quality brand you can feel good about purchasing from.

  • Amazing quality products that make you feel as if your bedroom is a cozy and luxurious hotel. Worth every penny, their duvet covers are the absolute best.

    Nothing!

  • I bought a duvet cover from this company. For the price, it didn't wow me at all. I've gotten duvets at Macy's and target for half the price (or less) that were just as good.

  • I’ve owned their percale sheets for many years and they remain in like-new condition. I purchased the percale sheet set to use as my summer sheets, but as someone else mentioned, there’s no noticeable difference in cooling in comparison to my other sheets. I also ordered a size full/queen for my full-sized bed and the fitted sheet fits great, but the top sheet is huge. It’s too long so about a quarter gets tucked in to prevent me from tripping over it.

    Feedback

In my opinion, the fabric quality is great, but the sizing needs work. I ordered a size full/queen sheet set for my full-sized bed and the fitted sheet fit, but the top sheet is huge. I can’t imagine if I had a queen-sized bed. Would the fitted sheet even fit?

  • I purchased a robe for Christmas for my wife two years ago. She had two robes already, but this one was instantly the favorite. The lushness of the material, the fit and the details were all top-notch. Two years later, the robe shows little signs of wear and is still her favorite. The best.

  • I was incredibly disappointed by this brand. I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of their products including towels and shower curtains and they did not last. The towels frayed and got holes within months and the shower curtain had to be thrown away despite being washed regularly. I will never purchase their products again. Nothing they sell is worth the price and I would stay away from it all.

  • I have bought multiple sheets, hand towels, and a duvet cover from parachute over the years. I did not find the Percale sheets to be very cooling but my husband and I love the linen sheets we have now bought 2 sets during their Memorial Day sale. They do stretch over time but they only get cozier.

    Feedback

They stretch significantly and do shed fairly often around the feet area for the linen sheets.

  • The bedding I have from Parachute is the best. Incredible even. Feels like sleeping in a soft linen cocoon. The housewares leave a little to be desired--they wear out quickly.

    Feedback

The throw pillows and throw blankets I have from Parachute are not as enduring as the bedding--they wear out quickly and tear :(

  • These have been a staple in my home for the past 2 years. The brushed cotton is my favorite.

    Feedback

I wish they kept colors in the rotation. I want to replace my sheets with the same color but that color is not available anymore.

  • I have their linen sheets and towels. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’re so comfortable and amazing.

    Feedback

I really cannot think of anything. I love your products.

  • I have the percale sheets and duvet cover and love them. They get more comfortable with every wash.

  • After using the quilt and sheets for almost a year, the quality has not held up. The colors fade and the quilt became less and less soft after washing to the point that it was uncomfortable to sleep with. For the price, the quality could be a lot better and longer lasting

  • I bought my mom a robe from here and it’s amazing. Breathable and super comfy. Highly recommend

  • My fitted sheet I bought 1 year ago has thinned to the point of having multiple holes. I can’t find my original order information which means no resolution with customer service so far.

  • My daughter and I were shopping in Chicago over the holidays and we passed a Parachute store and she mentioned that she got a side sleeper pillow that she liked so on a whim, I decided to buy one and try it out. They said it was returnable if I didn't like it. It seems to be working pretty well. I have tried so many pillows over the years and they are either to tall so I get a neck ache or they are too squishy and I end up putting my arm underneath every night and my arm numbs up. This pillow works well.
