Reviews mention

  • Luxe, breathable linen bedding
  • Cloud quilt’s cocooning warmth
  • Elegant, cohesive neutral palette
  • Plush, comfortable waffle robes
  • Prematurely thinning fitted sheets
  • Fray‑prone, snagging waffle towels
  • Weak duvet‑tie construction
  • Percale wrinkles after washing

Parachute Home earns mixed-but-positive reviews: its linens, robes, and Cloud/Cloud Cotton quilts feel luxuriously soft, breathable, and hotel-level cozy, and many report long-term durability, yet recurring complaints cite premature wear—tears, fraying towels, thinning fitted sheets, loose duvet ties—and occasional sizing quirks. Reviews of Parachute Home suggest the brand is good for elevated aesthetics, cooling linen, and standout robes and comforters, but buyers should expect variable durability across SKUs and manage heat with certain inserts that run warm.

  • Overall, I like the products I've purchased from Parachute. The style and colors they have are always phenomenal but not overly trendy. The quality is definitely up there, but occasionally there are details that get dropped, like the quality of the ties inside my comforter got stringy after I washed it. Otherwise it's a good brand, and I will continue to purchase items from there.

  • Sprung for Parachute when I moved in w/ my BF. If you're in NYC go to the Bedford location which is a few doors down from Brooklinen. We walked back and forth between the two stores comparing products for about an hour, and all the employees supported us in doing so rather than getting annoyed ... TYSM for that yall. Came home with their dark green linen duvet cover and sandy colored, climate cool cotton sheets. Dark green was a mistake because we have two dogs, and the dark color shows every f****** dog hair, but oh well. The bill was large, of course, but after 27 years of sleeping on target / costco sheets, it literally feels like I woke up in the matrix and can never go back. This is a PREMIUM brand. I can't wait to go get another set of sheets before summer rolls around.

  • I love the stateen bedding set - I have 3 of them. They are pricey but they are so soft! I only buy these sheets now :) I will say (having bought the white) that if you have pets they are not very durable. My dog likes to "dig" before sleeping on the bed and now the duvet cover has pilled. I don't really blame the company though. Since the sheets are very soft then they require more delicate care. I think if you can afford this luxury - it is 100% worth it. You spend (hopefully) 1/3 of your life sleeping - worth the investment.

  • Love Parachute bedding! I am a big fan of their linen sheets and linen clothing. Their cotton towels start off very soft and stay soft. I have noticed some color coming off on their clothing, but I only use them as home close or PJs, so no big deal. Otherwise, very high quality and extremely comfortable!

  • We use Parachute waffle towels at home, I also have the Cloud robe -- really enjoy the experience of both, though have had them both show wear and tear faster than I would have expected.

  • Poor product quality and durability. Linen fitted sheet is falling apart after two years of use (while followed care instructions). Never saw such an expensive THREADBARE product in my life. Just spent time hand-mending two gaping holes and regretting my purchase. Going elsewhere, I expected more life out of this product for $110.

  • Absolutely outstanding quality - the linens couldn’t be any better, although Parachute may be a bit pricier than other brands , you get what you pay for. Hands down the best.

  • Truly amazing!! I ONLY buy my sheets from them. I once heard that you should spend extra money on anything that touches your skin and sheets are totally worth it. They last a very long time and you truly will sleep great.

  • In love with my parachute linen sheets. Perfectly light and cozy and has an effortless beach chic look. Always look forward to crawling into these!

  • Ok. AMAZING. I have the full set of sheets (in the linen and the cashmere cotton blend) and the duvet insert. 10/10/10/10. Never going back to any other bedding.

  • We bought a whole bedding set and the quality is incredible plus they wash really well.

I would love to see more colour offerings and patterns

  • Sush high quality pieces that last long and resist any stains with proper care. I just love parachute, they are my favorite place to get bedding. I sleep like a baby every night with their mattress topper

As much as I love they’re products they are a luxury and tend to be more on the expensive side. But if you have the money to invest in some high quality peices, I definitely recommend this brand!

  • Love the Parachute Cotton Cloud quilt. Feels like sleeping in clouds!

  • I love my linen parachute sheets and bedding. I purchased them by accident when I recalled the incorrect brand but I can't tell them apart when using them on a day-to-day basis when compared to their slighty more expensive cousin, Cultiver, unless I take some time into doing so. Great products that have withstood the test of time.

  • The all-season down duvet is like sleeping with a cloud. Have recommended this product to a million people and will continue to do so!

Towels, however, have not stayed soft despite many attempts at washing/drying differently. Not worth the money IMO!

  • Beautiful, high quality, cozy.

I have a few home and bath items, and it never disappoints.

  • Great quality and wash extremely well. A bit pricy but worth the investment!

Could offer a wider variety of colors and patterns in their textiles.

  • I think parachute makes high quality pieces, but with that high quality comes a high price tag that I’m not sure is justified with the range of its products
