I've gone to Paintbox in Soho a couple times and enjoyed the experience very much. I ordered the nail polish during COVID because I missed getting my nails done. I was a bit underwhelmed with the quality which was more matte than I thought it would be. I probably wouldn't order it again but I would go back to the salon for a special occasion.
The colors offered seemed unusual and unique but the quality wasn’t that great—clumpy and matte. The bottle also does not feel high quality or easy to hold in your hand and has a strange two-step cap (at first I thought I broke it).

I love paintbox! I go to their studio on the UES ever couple of weeks. Evelyn is the absolute BEST! Their cuticle oil has made my nails & cuticles healthier than ever. I swear it makes my manicures last longer.

These are my very favorite. I love the colors and the brushes make application so easy. I will say that the salon experience is unmatched.
