Reviews mention

  • Soft, comfortable cloudknit fabric
  • Distinctive, modern colorways
  • Versatile, stylish exercise dress
  • Durable, dependable rectrek pants
  • Inconsistent, unreliable sizing
  • Thick, stiff legging fabrics
  • Straps stretch and seams fail
  • Limited, narrow size range

Outdoor Voices earns mixed-to-positive reviews: the brand delivers soft, durable athleisure staples—standouts include the Exercise Dress, CloudKnit sweats, and RecTrek pants—yet fit inconsistency, limited size inclusivity, and variable fabric performance (thick, stiff, or stretching out; sweat showing; seams failing) undermine trust. Reviews praise distinctive colorways, comfortable basics, and long-lasting pieces, but critique leggings’ odd fit and longevity and note quality fluctuations in recent years.

  • I'm a long time fan of OV. I love how bright and colorful it is but I think they need to extend their sizes.

    Feedback

Offer XXL in all of your styles, especially the dresses.

  • I loved OV and own multiple exercise dresses as well as shorts and sports bras. My only qualm with them is their sizing in stores- I rarely find my size in store and have to order online.

    Feedback

Extended sizing in stores (bigger than XL bc their XL isn't that large)

  • I love the brand and the clothes but I can't buy any because it doesn't fit me! I'm like one size below the smallest. Would definitely be a loyal customer if I could fit into it

    Feedback

    Smaller sizes :)

  • I have never ordered online because I went to the OV location in SF. I liked their clothes but there was not a lot of variety and was not very size inclusive.

    Feedback

More size inclusive and a larger variety in products.

  • The best customer service and I love the variety. Some of the bras run a little high up towards the neck and the leggings tend to run looser at the ankles, but the coverage is great.

    Feedback

    Overall the leggings run large

  • So high quality and a great price point!! These sets hold up super well. I also loved the hokas they collaborated on

  • Good customer service - one of my (many) pairs of pants unraveled and they replaced

  • As many echoed, sizing runs smaller than expected - probably because the material is thicker and less stretchy than what we're used to. I love love love their designs, colour, and price-point though 🥺 Willing to give it a second chance.

Canadian here, so $25 standard shipping hurts quite a bit, especially when exchanges/return are so hard to handle due to customs and border issues... so anything that can address that for your North American neighbours would be 💯

  • I love OV. Most of my closet is OV. They have nice basics and cute outfits. Recently launched really cute clothes. Pricey. But good. Better than lululemon.

  • Have two of their sets and think they are good but still prefer lululemon bikers to their material in the biker shorts. Good pricing and great branding drew me in initially to the brand. I would like to try them out again with the exercise dress.

    Feedback

Making the material a bit softer, the elastic in a sports bra can get uncomfortable after all-day wear

  • I tried this brand wanting to expand from Lululemon. They are close in price but that is about it. The quality just didn’t feel the same. I returned right after trying them on.

  • The Sunday Shorts are my go-to shorts nearly every day of the week.

  • I like Outdoor Voices sportswear, but I would say that it's better as athleisure than for hard workouts compared to other workout brands. I have a couple of their sports bras and a pair of their leggings. Their TechSweat 7/8 Two-Tone Leggings and Venus crop top is great for low-impact workouts like yoga or pilates, and the All-Time bra is high-support and good for runs.

  • I have been wearing OV apparel since 2017, and I continue to return as a loyal customer. Yes, there have been some misses and some shifts in quality, but overall, I continue to find the brand high quality for the price with good sales and deals often available. Sizing is consistent, colorways are great, and the designs are versatile for a wide array of uses.

  • Not bad, but definitely not my favorite activewear. The material isn’t as soft or compressive/supportive as other brands.

  • Have been a big fan for years. Comfy cute functional versatile. Love the diversity and inclusivity.

  • Their cloudknit material is 10/10 - bought the shirts and pants in it and it’s all my wife and I want to wear at night. Washes well and keeps its shape and softness.

  • I’ve been an OV customer since 2015. I still love the designs and colorways, but I feel like quality is a bit more up and down - some of the fabrics lose their shape more easily/tore when snagged.

  • I rarely buy any other active ware other than outdoor voices. Not only are their clothes stylish and comfortable, but also versatile! I love wearing my exercise dress to work with a blazer and loafers, then straight to a workout class with just a change of shoes. I also love their mission to make exercise fun again and enjoy going to their local events.

  • Very comfy, high quality pieces for a discount to the competition. I have some of the shorts with a built in liner and I am a big fan of how they replicate the look of an athletic khaki short with significantly better comfort and durability. Would recommend a pair to any guy that liked a cleaner look on the golf course or at the gym!
