Outdoor Voices is appreciated for its comfortable, quality products, trendy designs, and good customer service. However, some customers note issues with inconsistent sizing, lack of inclusivity, and some products' durability. Their exercise dresses and athletic wear are particularly popular, but the brand's leggings and shorts have received mixed reviews, primarily due to issues with stretchiness and quality.

Clothing absolutely not made for movement. Like Lulu, their sizing scale is way off, but their products bunch, ride, and cling to all the wrong places even in the right sizes. Compression is inappropriately distributed - lax in the bras, restrictive in the leggings. Really my least favorite athletic wear that I've ever purchased, and I'm generally pretty lax about it - regularly use Lulu, Alo, Set, and even Amazon sets in the past (knowing to expect them to be see through and only last <10 washes). Love the story of the brand, very into Ty Haney's ideas (she's no longer affiliated with the company, but back in the day), but I just don't like their products.

I have the exercise dress and the shorts. Both don’t really hold up. The straps on the dress started fraying after a year. I also had to get the dress altered because it looked long on a 5’0” frame 

Love outdoor voices. A friend commented that their mission is moving your body - a push away from an expectation that moving your body is a specific way (which a lot of activewear companies do). They have a lot of fun twists on classic activewear and loungewear items. Will continue to shop there!!  

It’s a nice product but not that comfortable

OV was great back in 2015. I still have some of the first men's products they released. But yikes, the company has gone downhill fast ever since they forced out the founder and laid off most of their employees. This brand is on life support.

Outdoor Voices offers a unique and innovative approach to activewear, which I admire. Their commitment to promoting an active lifestyle and inclusivity is commendable. However, I've found that the fit of some of their pieces can be hit or miss, and not always flattering on every body type. While I appreciate the concept behind their designs, I wish there was more consistency in the fit across their product line. That being said, I do appreciate the quality of the materials used and the comfort of their clothing. Overall, Outdoor Voices has some great ideas and potential, but there's room for improvement in the execution of their designs to ensure a more universally flattering fit.

(before this bankruptcy news) i went to their physical store and loved everything about it: felt like i was shopping a friend's closet with the said friend chatting and guiding me on what to buy. i ended up going for a couple leggings and a longline bra that i wear religiously as a bra and a top. i'm on the shorter side and the bra is the perfect length to hold me together but to also stretch past my stomach. the leggings are also super comfortable, they are compression but are soft instead of that typical compressive (ironic) feel.

Great female-founded brand! High quality and great customer service too. 

I used to really love OV - they seemed to be one of the few reasonably priced athleisure brands that actually fit most bodies (and seemingly promoted inclusivity). But I think they may be downsizing or going out of business? I'm not sure that I've seen any new good clothing come from them recently.
