On Running earns polarized reviews: many say the shoes are comfortable, lightweight, and cushioned enough for walking, everyday wear, and even long races, while others report inconsistent support for running, half‑size‑small fits, and durability issues like heel and mesh tearing. Reviews praise styles like Cloud 5, Cloudmonster, Cloudrunner, and The Roger for sleek looks and versatile comfort, but flag pebble‑catching soles, flimsy or fussy laces, traction concerns on wet metal, and widely criticized customer service.

Favorite shoe I own!

One of the most comfortable shoes for long distance running.

I would love more stylish options.
These sneakers are pretty expensive, but I definitely think it's worth the price. I have off white sneakers and I pretty much wear them every day. They're very comfortable and provide more support than any other sneaker I've owned. My next pair will be waterproof, so I can wear them more. I sized up half a size.

High quality and sleek shoe with several different fits. I've had several different pairs, and been happy with them all. They also hold up great over time. Fairly reasonably priced for running shoes, and the quality.
I forgot my shoes before running a marathon and ended up buying a pair of ON running shoes to run the next day. I didn’t have any problems with my feet after running a full marathon without a break in period. I definitely would consider buying another pair
High-quality shoe, great foot feel with a wide toe base.

Throughout the years, I have been a dedicated On Running shoes-wearer; the shoes are super comfortable and last a pretty long time. I am a high-mileage user too!

While comfortable, I think that they could expand their style offerings. I am not 100% in love with those that they currently have available. I know they cater to runners, but would love to see shoes geared towards training (more similar to metcons, I.e. relatively flat bottom).
Great quality with diverse range of shoe types. Very comfortable.

The best pair of running shoes I've owned. I have run in Asics, Brookes, New Balance, and Nike, and these beat them all hands down. I'm a road / treadmill runner and was looking for lightweight with good support, and also for something pleasing on the eye. They are remarkably lightweight and yet still provide excellent support. They also look bloody fabulous.

ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED. That is all.
I bought a pair of Cloudswifts and LOVE them. They are so light and bouncy. The day I bought them I did 6 miles, no problem. I did find they felt funny for the first couple weeks because of all the midsole padding. But I think it's flattened a bit because I don't notice it at all anymore. I also wear them when I'm not running, which I never did with my previous sneakers (mainly Mizunos and Brooks). They look cool! I do use a pair of Superfeet inserts in them, but I do that in all of my running shoes.

Only downside is the price. Pretty costly!
Great shoes, solid function for impact absorbance. Great styles, good stability for some models okay for others and very lightweight. You can take out The insole to replace your own as well. They do tend to fit a half size small though.
I love these running sneakers. I am not a big runner, but I walk at least 4 miles a day and they are comfortable. My old sneakers used to make my back hurt after standing for a while but these do not. And they look cute
The best shoes ever period. For narrow feet, a lot of their designs are great - a good alternative to Hoka which I find are too wide on me. I have the running shoes (cloud nova) as well as leisure shoes (the Rodger). I wear them both regularly and find them to be supportive and comfortable for activity all day.

I have the on cloud novas and i love them. they are so light weight and comfortable!
The comfiest sneakers! My daughter is on cross country teams and she trains in these. There are 4 or 5 kids on her team in these shoes. I got a waterproof version for myself and love it, so comfortable, lightweight and stylish. Size up.
I have tried three different pairs of On Running gym shoes. Of the three styles I have purchased and worn, I loved 2/3 of them. Each had different supports with them. My favorite is the CloudMonsters. The base is thick and gives you a nice height, plus helps with the natural roll of your foot. I've run in them a few times and they provide enough support and cushion to my foot. I'm not a fan of the model with the bungee, no-tie laces. I felt as though the shoe was flimsy and did not provide the support that I was looking for, even for everyday use.
I’m a nurse and it seems like a ton of other nurses have these shoes. I had Hoka’s for a while and they were okay. I got a pair of On Clouds and wore them on vacation where I walked 52.3 miles. My feet didn’t hurt on the days that I wore my On Clouds but we’re very sore on days I wore my Hokas. I like that they slip on but I feel like the “laces” look weird since I pulled mine tight. I am not one to spend a ton of money on anything (especially if I don’t have a coupon) and I would pay full price for these again. Overall I’ve recommended these shoes to anyone that has asked and will never go back.
so comfortable, i use mine all the time!
