  Nourishing Seaweed Soup Beef Bone Broth

  I admit, I was drawn in because of the freebies (a little thermos and wooden spoon) but also ended up eating the seawood soup while dealing with a cold. I had a loss of appetite from being sick, but the soup was SO needed and comforting and actually tasty. I could see this as an easy meal option with soup for myself and frankly my kids. Could I cook something similar on my own - probably, but this was so easy and convenient that I am glad to have this on hand. This could be helpful on-the-go or even traveling. I appreciated the little booklet of recipes too.

  The first time I was postpartum, I wanted Korean seaweed soup (also known as Miyeokguk). I had read that it was really beneficial at this time. A few months back, I attempted to make my own Miyeokguk, but I didn't like my end result. When I discovered this brand, I got excited. It seemed perfect: a great gift for postpartum friends. And man, was it delicious! It's seriously so good. You can make it a more substantial meal or have it as a side dish. The flavor is amazing. This is also a good meal/dish to have during menstruation for women (helps with iron levels). They offer subscription services to make it more affordable. And customer service was great.
