OLAPLEX earns polarized reviews: many report visibly stronger, smoother, shinier hair—especially with No.3 Hair Perfector, No.6 Bond Smoother, No.7 Bonding Oil, and the 4P Purple Shampoo—while others experience dryness, heaviness, greasiness, or no lasting improvement. Reviews suggest it can work brilliantly for bleached/blonde or damaged hair but may weigh down fine hair and effects may fade without consistent use; some users also mention fragrance concerns and allegations of hair loss or irritation.

I’ve used a wide variety of olaplex products, No. 3 is by far my favorite when my hair needs some love! The purple shampoo is also great at removing brassiness.

do your research on olaplex. not worth the price compared to so many other options out there (that are honestly better products) and don't cause the hair loss and breakage that they are currently in lawsuits for. steer clear!

As a hairstylist adding olaplex really helps strengthen hair bonds. The shampoo and conditioner are great staples to keep your hair healthy and strong

I love how bright my blonde gets after using this shampoo, but the dark purple color takes awhile to get off of the shower and my hands.

Love the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. I have wavy frizzy hair and it looks so much better when I use Olaplex. I live in a high humidity area and this shampoo and conditioner really makes difference.

DOES WONDERS for my hair absolutely love their bonding oil. Makes my hair so smooth and silky.

While I do like the olaplex products and I think they work, I do not think they are amazing or that they have brought my frizzy, dead bleached hair back to life.

I liked olaplex but I don’t feel like it helped my hair in any way, it just maintained

Really great for fine hair

Their treatment worked amazingly well at first. After a year, it absolutely destroyed my curls. The must have changed their formula. I would not recommend this for curly ladies.

Not only is this product at a high price point, but I have also been told by multiple hair stylists to not use it. These products easily damage hair if used too frequently and with the high prices, it's not worth it to me.

ehh, not much of a fan of the hair products EXCEPT THE OIL no 7

This hairline, always gets both mine and my daughter’s hair back together again. I use 0 through 6 and yes, it’s a bit pricey, but it performs exactly how it says it will. So it’s worth every penny. be sure to read the instructions and follow the products in the order that they are meant to be followed. We will not go without these products, especially when we flat-iron our hair. Sometimes Macy’s has it on sale. Sometimes you can find it on sale on eBay. I highly recommend.

The best shampoo and conditioner which I ever used. My hair looks so good, shiny and healthy, I highly recommend.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about this brand. Except for the smell of the shampoo. I believe the one I tried had a mint smell to it, but the conditioner is off the chain! You don't get a whole lot of product for the price you pay, so I don't buy this very often. I generally use Verb Ghost because I have made it a life-long effort to finally find the best mix for my hair. I'm aging, (not quite 50, but close) and I went through cosmetology school. To my dismay, I discovered that there are a TON of products on the market that aren't any better than Suave. (no dis-respect to those who like that) I have graying hair, I colored it for years and I'm finally deciding to take a break from that because firstly, it's too expensive to do that without a Groupon. Who likes having to go through the issue of getting to know a new stylist? I do not. I have not colored or cut my hair in a year. When I really need some help (because it's thinning, I take medication, and age has everything to do with that!!!! (as well as falling out)) I find the best deal and go get the bond maintenance conditioner. I always hurry up and wash my hair and then put the conditioner on and go about doing everything else that a woman does in the shower, so the last thing is rinsing that out. It's always softer, easier to comb out, but it often does not take to styling products after I've used it. Just my experience. Overall, I probably wouldn't buy the shampoo, but the bond maintenance conditioner is a staple.

I've been using OLAPLEX on my dry hair, and the results are impressive. After just a few treatments, my hair feels significantly more hydrated and smooth. The breakage and split ends have noticeably reduced, giving my hair a healthier look and feel. The product's restorative properties have brought back shine and manageability that I hadn't seen in months. Overall, OLAPLEX has been a game-changer for my dry hair.

OLAPLEX is a total game-changer! My hair was damaged and brittle, but after using this amazing product, it's now strong, silky, and full of life. The bond-building technology truly works wonders. My hair feels reborn, with minimal breakage and frizz. I've tried other repair treatments before, but none compare to OLAPLEX. It's a must-have for anyone looking to restore their hair's health and shine. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

LOVE this stuff. Olaplex has made a significant and noticeable difference in the health of my hair. My hair was dry and brittle from using a lot of heat blow drying and flat ironing. Brought back the shine and natural silky texture.

At first, I loved how my hair felt after using Olaplex, but after a while, it started to feel heavy and sticky, like it didn't have enough oil. I still do the treatment, but I prefer to wash my hair again afterward.
