OLAPLEX earns polarized reviews: many report visibly stronger, smoother, shinier hair—especially with No.3 Hair Perfector, No.6 Bond Smoother, No.7 Bonding Oil, and the 4P Purple Shampoo—while others experience dryness, heaviness, greasiness, or no lasting improvement. Reviews suggest it can work brilliantly for bleached/blonde or damaged hair but may weigh down fine hair and effects may fade without consistent use; some users also mention fragrance concerns and allegations of hair loss or irritation.

Love the No. 3 and No. 7. Use the No. 3 about once a week, and the No. 7 daily. Have tried the shampoo and conditioner but don't find them worth the price or particularly good for my hair. I hope they keep introducing more product!
I’ve tried so many blonde shampoos on the market and this is my favorite. It was recommended to me by my hairdresser. I wanted a blonde shampoo that would keep my hair healthy and hydrated but also cool toned. I also didn’t want it to weigh my hair down. This did just that. Would recommend and repurchase.
I personally don't think this is the right shampoo for people who have fine hair. The bond shampoo feels pretty heavy after the wash.
Olaplex is a great shampoo/conditioner for dry, balayaged hair. The result is a smoother comb out.
The hair oil is amazing, but I think it works best on thinner/finer hair. I find it to be a little too thin for thick hair, but smells/feels amazing regardless.

Makes my hair so silky!

Great products but I feel as though its too expensive for the type of products they provide. Olaplex seems to similar to a name brand product. (like Gucci or LV) and this has us customers buy the product simply because of the name. Olaplex works, but its far too expensive.
I struggle with this review because I cannot say that I have experienced a significant difference with some of the Olaplex products that I have. The only product that I think I will purchase again is Blonde Enhancer Toning Shampoo. It absolutely made my blonde brighter and I use it on a weekly basis. The other products are quite expensive and I feel that there are alternatives on the market that could work just as well.

I used the bond product and it was just what my hair needed after years of highlighting and bleaching. After one treatment my ends felt healthier and hydrated. I use it as part of my hair maintenance routine.
The olaplex line up is unmatched! My hair health has improved tremendously, I recommend to everyone. I use the no.3 at least once a week, but also swear by the bond repair, and shampoo and conditioner, and hair oil.
I have been using olaplex for years. I bleach and straighten my hair all the time and it’s still silky smooth. The shampoo and conditioner have saved my life. I love this brand. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it.
Very pricey but does work. Use of the olaplex products reduces my hair fallout and makes my hair smell divine. However the bottles are very tiny and continued use is key. Can truly restore damaged, chemically treated tresses.

I recently tried the Olaplex Bond Conditioner on my 4C coarse thick hair and I must say, I'm blown away by the results! This conditioner not only left my hair feeling incredibly soft and manageable, but it also helped to strengthen and repair my damaged hair. I've tried countless conditioners in the past, but none of them have been able to provide the same level of nourishment and hydration that I got from the Olaplex Bond Conditioner. I also appreciated that it didn't leave any residue in my hair, which is something I've experienced with other conditioners. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality conditioner that really delivers on its promises. It's definitely worth the investment and I will be repurchasing it in the future!
I am a molecular biologist, and my hairdresser recommended this compound with some pseudo science. So, I had to learn how it actually works. The foundation is a really clever molecule. Think of it like little springs with sticky balls on each end that bind specifically to imperfections in the hair. Then design springer or straighter molecules in the middle to make the olaplex No. do what you want. Super smart chemistry.
Transformed my hair! OLAPLEX serves high quality products that are totally worth the money :)
I wanted to love their products after hearing all the hype, but I honestly noticed no difference while using. I tried shampoo & conditioner there no. 3 product, nothing to rave about
Olaplex is a haircare miracle! Their products have been a total game-changer for my scalp and hair. I’ve witnessed a tremendous transformation since incorporating them into my routine. From enhanced scalp health to noticeable improvements in hair texture, Olaplex delivers results that speak for themselves. Truly a must-have for anyone on a journey to healthier, happier hair!
Overall, good reliable products that you can’t go wrong with. I love the hair serum, oil, and leave in conditioner but would definitely pass on the shampoo and conditioner (they really weigh your hair down). The purple shampoo is good, but I think there are better ones for cheaper. Number 3 I just don’t think makes that much of a difference, you’re better off getting a good leave in mask. Their leave in mask is decent, but again I think there are better.

Honestly did nothing for my hair. Overpriced and overhyped. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I love this brand especially when there are bundle deals.
