  • Love, love, love. I subscribe monthly to the oats and just added the protein iced coffee. Both are great for the office and since they’re powdered, I can store them in my corporate cage (cube) and mix with Joi almond milk powder the day before or morning of, and refrigerate until breakfast. Fiber and protein amounts are great, date and maple sugar mostly, gluten free, and vegan if needed. I could never manage to eat breakfast consistently before finding this company, and now I’m eating it most days and more satiated for the entire day as a result. ⭐️Oats: Berry flavors are great; other than that, I’m into the vanilla, cookies and cream, chocolate chip cookie, pb chocolate chip cookie, butter pecan ice cream ⭐️Coffees: mocha, pistachio, vanilla cream

  • I love Oats Overnight. They are so flavorful, full of healthy ingredients like chia seeds, with an acceptable amount of sugar (around 8 to 9 grams of sugar per serving), and about 15 to 20 grams of protein per serving. I used to order them on subscription from the company but I just found them (yesterday in fact) in small, single-serve bottles in a grocery store. For both the subscription Oats Overnight (which come in small packages and you shake them in a blender bottle) or the bottled version, just add a milk of choice (oat milk for me), then pop in the fridge overnight, and its a delicious, easy to take with you, breakfast. Several of their flavors, like the dark chocolate sea salt and maple pancake, are vegan. I just had the apple cinnamon this morning and it was so good.

  • I initially purchased this product from Amazon because the direct site required a subscription and I just wanted to try out a variety of the flavors. My friend turned me on to Oats Overnight because her nutritionist recommended this option for a high-protein breakfast that would fuel her through the day and through workouts. The serving size is generous and although it promotes using a milk alternative, regular milk is fine and the amount does keep you full. The flavors are overtly dessert/sweet-forward making it obvious this was meant to replace those sugary cereals and sweet treats people consume in the morning. I don't always love the dessert-forward flavors, but they are fun and interesting instead of the same boring "healthy" flavors you often see with oats/oatmeals. I'll continue to buy via Amazon to be able to sample flavors with the ongoing subscription.

  • I tried this because my sister recommended it to me--if you are a first time subscriber, you get a pretty nice deal--you get a free shaker (not necessary, but makes it easier) and 20% off. I have tried flavors like the caramel cold, cookie dough, and chocolate cake. While these are sweeter flavors, they don't have crazy amounts of sugar in them. I also like that they range in protein from around 12-20g of protein. Sometimes I like to add a little extra chia seeds in to mine and I am full for hours. The flavors are delicious, they're convenient, and there are so many flavors you will find something right for you. I look forward to trying other flavors. The only downside is that if you really do a breakdown of cost, it's not the most economical, but the convenience makes it for it, for me at least.
