I love Oats Overnight. They are so flavorful, full of healthy ingredients like chia seeds, with an acceptable amount of sugar (around 8 to 9 grams of sugar per serving), and about 15 to 20 grams of protein per serving. I used to order them on subscription from the company but I just found them (yesterday in fact) in small, single-serve bottles in a grocery store. For both the subscription Oats Overnight (which come in small packages and you shake them in a blender bottle) or the bottled version, just add a milk of choice (oat milk for me), then pop in the fridge overnight, and its a delicious, easy to take with you, breakfast.  Several of their flavors, like the dark chocolate sea salt and maple pancake, are vegan. I just had the apple cinnamon this morning and it was so good. 

When I tell you this is the most efficient breakfast, I am not lying! You just add milk, shake and refrigerate till the morning and drink it up. I have had flavors I love and some not so much but that just goes with personal preference. I was also never one to like protein based products that use whey but the taste for me wasn’t so predominant. I will say that I have it with unsweetened almond milk so I wouldn’t know how it would taste with whole milk. 

For a family of 6 this has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen. Hot or cold, thick or thin, this stuff is Delicious!

Follow their directions and put your milk or milk substitute in before your oats so they don’t get stuck at the bottom! 

These are always great! If there’s a flavor you decide you don’t like they make it super easy to swap out that one before your next month’s subscription ships. It’s fun being a subscriber because they send you a bonus flavor that’s in production and then ask you what you think! 

okay, shockingly good! For a depressed baby like me, it makes eating breakfast in the morning very achievable. prep is so minimal that I can make myself do it as well. the dopamine hit of yummy flavors also helps.
