Oatly impresses in reviews for café-worthy performance—its Barista Edition froths reliably and delivers a creamy, smooth texture that elevates coffee, matcha, and lattes—while dividing opinion over formulation. Fans praise the rich mouthfeel, neutral-to-oaty flavor, and versatility across baking, cereal, and smoothies; critics cite seed/rapeseed oils, gums/additives, sweetness, and occasional digestive upset as drawbacks. Overall, Oatly is considered a top-tasting, highly consistent oat milk for beverages, but less appealing to buyers prioritizing ultra‑clean ingredients.

I love using the Oatly Original oat milk when making my iced coffees, with cereals, etc. Of all the brands I have tried so far, Oatly has one of the best tasting oat milk.
Love Oatly products, especially the new Barista oatmilk. It’s made to be blended and is my absolute favorite!
Oatly is very good, pretty standard oatmilk it’s one of my favorites but not my favorite #1

Smooth Deliciousness. I’ve tried several gourmet drinks a La Starbucks and all of them have turned out great.
Oatly creamer is one of the best I’ve had so far. I have trouble finding a creamer I like for the most part but Oatly never fails me. It’s rich in flavor and texture, I feel like it also gives flavor to which I need no sugar in my coffee.
Oatly is one of my favorite oat milk brands! They always produce the highest quality products. I add this to my morning coffee and oatmeal in the mornings
I wish I didn't love this brand as much as I do because I would save so much money! it's honestly the best oat milk brand out there. creamy, blends well with coffee, doesn't curdle.

Lovely healthy drink for my family.
When I first got on the oat milk train this was the first brand I tried ... and I loved it. I assumed other oat milks were similar, so I started buying cheaper brands at various stores. None of them were as good as Oatly. I"m not usually a "name-brand only" snob on something as simple as milk, but now I am. I even notice now when I'm at a coffee shop if they say their oat milk is Oatly because I notice such a big difference in taste. Unsweetened vanilla is my favorite and makes the best iced latte.
Super delicious but a tad overpriced. I’ve used in coffee but mostly paired with and iced matcha (heavenly creamy) I would love to try the chocolate version!
Very good and fresh brand of oat milk. I love having this in my coffee.
I really love this plant based milk because it is rich and creamy and tastes so good. I love adding this to my morning coffee and cereal and it is great to drink on its own. It comes in great flavors that are smooth and not too sweet. This is a great way to drink your oats and good for a plant based diet.
They've long been exposed for having oils and additives in their ingredients list, but honestly they have some of the best-tasting oatmilk on the market, so I still buy them on occasion. Wish they went on sale more!

I bought two pints of oat milk ice cream to eat with a friend who was testing a lactose and gluten free diet. We really enjoyed the creaminess and the ability to choose a flavor that was gluten free.
I’m sure this product stacks up well against other oat milks if you are an oat milk lover. I use almond and soy and figured oat was worth a try. But the flavor and texture are not appealing to me and my coffee tasted terrible.
Oat water emulsion. It's just oil and oats blended and processed so the sugars are readily available. It tastes that way too: overly sweet and lacking true substance. I'll be sticking with soymilk
it’s the staple brand at coffee shops for a reason. it’s still my favorite oat milk on the market! texture is creamy and smooth with no aftertastes and it’s not overly sweet

Very thick. I like their products. I prefer their milk to their ice creams.
As an oat milk (only) drinker, Oatly was the first oat milk I tried. I didn't like their barista version and found it had an odd taste compared to both other brands of oat milk and oat milk creamer. HOWEVER, the vanilla ice cream is my favorite and the only drawback is the price for such a small container for ice cream.
