Used the product for the first time. It doesn’t work and appears to be leaking. Contacted customer service via email. I’m hoping I get a reply and resolution after reading the reviews. The customer service phone number is a Google number.

I am not satisfied with the product and found it did not meet my expectations. The process to initiate a return has been less than ideal. I have encountered significant delays and a lack of clear communication from their team, which has added to my frustration. I believe it would be beneficial for future customers if the return policy and process were clearly outlined and streamlined. Improving the responsiveness and support from your team would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Do not buy the product if you are unsure of keeping it.
