I ordered the Nutr family 1200ml size directly from the Nutr website and received it today, May 2, 2025, but what I received was obviously a counterfeit so I started researching and I found on the BBB website that the company is actually out of business. What I received did not come in a Nutr branded box. The “instructions” were not branded as Nutr, were very difficult to understand, were obviously written by someone with limited English skills, didn’t give directions for making nut milks, but instead gave directions for making soy milk with weird ingredients like lilies. I saw photos of an unboxing of this product from years ago and it came packaged in a beautiful box with the Nutr logo and photos on the box. The box my product arrived in was a generic soy milk maker box. If you search around the Nutr website, you will eventually find a photo showing a side by side comparison of their 3 varieties of machines from their original product lineup. The one I bought, the family size 1200 ml, being sold now, looks different than the photo of what it looked like originally. I tried calling them but there is no answer. I also emailed them. From my research, they don’t answer calls or emails. I called my credit card company and reported my item as counterfeit. Visa will try to contact them and the company has 14 days to respond. The charge has been put on hold for now but if they don’t respond in 14 days, the charge will be dropped entirely from my card.
