Nūch makes a variety of healthy, plant-based spreads from carrots.

NŪCH [pronounced New-ch], meaning sticky in Farsi, is a sweet and versatile Persian carrot spread made from organic rainbow carrots. A modern take on traditional carrot jam, our unique flavors are reminiscent of the Iranian foods we grew up enjoying. Each jar is packed with distinct flavors such as cardamon, rose water, and saffron. 

Our flavors include: orange carrot with orange peel and rose water; yellow carrot with saffron and pistachio; and purple carrot with cardamom and almond. Our spreads are all vegan, preservative free, vegan, GMO free, and organic. Please keep Nūch refrigerated and enjoy them within one to two months.
