Not Your Mother's is a great affordable option compared to many other curly hair products on the market. Personally, the gel is my absolute favorite product from them all and holds my hair really well. The conditioner is really hydrating and soothing which is great, but I have used other conditioners which do a better job of hydrating. Lastly, the mousse is my least favorite product from the three I've tried. It makes my hair super oily and heavy, instead of a voluminous and fluffy look. However, I've seen people with satisfied comments about the mousse so I guess it depends on curl pattern and health.

I bought the Curl Talk line as someone who was newly doing the curly hair routine and I found it to be great! It helped with my curl definition and prevented my hair from frizzing too much. A great value!
