I like this curl cream a lot! My hair is pretty thin so it helps that this cream is pretty lightweight. Sometimes I do feel like this cream can make my curls a little crunchy or clumped though so you have to be careful not to use too much and disperse it well.
My hair is curly, dry and graying. I try to only wash it every 2nd day. Not Your Mother’s texturizing Beach Babe dry shampoo helps me keep it fresh on that 2nd day and also lifts slightly. I do enjoy its toasted coconut scent and it doesn’t make my scalp itch.

Although my curls look amazing after using most of their products, I'm not a big fan of their strong perfume scents. I have sensitive skin so sometimes I break out when I use these products and their hair gel makes my scalp feel itchy. Right now I am using their Curl Talk Cream because I just couldn't get over how amazing their curling products make my curls look. Sadly, their fragrance free Curl Talk Cream doesn't have any protein in it so that's why I didn't choose that version (I don't want to use multiple different products, I want an all-in-one kind of product!)

I’ve been using the Not Your Mothers Protecting Beat the Heat spray for years now and I love it! It has such a great smell and has always worked amazing for me. Definitely helps protect against my heating tools.
