Purchased this several times to take as a supplement as directed by a doctor after consultation. I was very glad to see this is a reasonable, well measured dose, but not everything in their product line is.

Nature's Bounty makes a great range of vitamins and supplements. It is probably the easiest brand to find in a majority of stores for me, making it a go-to brand for over-the-counter vitamin and supplement needs.

I had been taking Nature's Bounty's Iron pills for a few weeks but stopped taking them in case they were what was making me nauseous and dizzy. My nausea and dizziness did stop around when I stopped taking them, but I can't say they were definitively the cause and to be fair they didn't noticeably make my stomach hurt or immediately make me puke like other iron pills have.

I have been taking the “Hair, Skin & Nails” gummies and they are effective. I noticed it helped my hair to grow and stay strong. I am not sure if is a series of factors that helped my hair grow but probably the biotin also helped. One thing that I will change is start taking the biotin without being gummies because of the sugar.

The pills are okay but I’ve noticed that the biotin has made be break out multiple times, I’ve seen no changes on my nail growth nor hair growth. I guess the supplement can work for some people but I personally didn’t see the benefits.

I love these vitamins. I take the hair, skin, and nails gummies daily and I think they work so well. I have noticed a difference in my nail and hair growth since taking these supplements. I totally recommend

I love the sleep gummies from this brand because they work and taste great. They also only have 3g of sugar per serving which is not bad considering how much other brands' gummies can sometimes have. These knock me out well, but I do also feel very tired when I wake up the next day.
