    Purchased this several times to take as a supplement as directed by a doctor after consultation. I was very glad to see this is a reasonable, well measured dose, but not everything in their product line is.

    I had been taking Nature's Bounty's Iron pills for a few weeks but stopped taking them in case they were what was making me nauseous and dizzy. My nausea and dizziness did stop around when I stopped taking them, but I can't say they were definitively the cause and to be fair they didn't noticeably make my stomach hurt or immediately make me puke like other iron pills have.

    I have been taking the “Hair, Skin & Nails” gummies and they are effective. I noticed it helped my hair to grow and stay strong. I am not sure if is a series of factors that helped my hair grow but probably the biotin also helped. One thing that I will change is start taking the biotin without being gummies because of the sugar.

    I've been using Nature's Bounty magnesium for a few days and see great results. I take it before bed and noticed that my sleep quality improved a lot and I fall asleep faster. It gives my body just the right relaxation, easing anxiety and relieving muscle tensions after a long stressful day. The capsules are odorless and easy to swallow which is important to me
