MUSH reviews conclude the brand works as a convenient, tasty ready-to-eat overnight oats option that many reviewers find flavorful and filling; strengths include clean ingredients and varied flavors, while persistent weaknesses are mushy/watery texture and small portion size. Buyers who value grab-and-go convenience and simple, plant-based ingredients will likely enjoy MUSH, while those who prefer homemade oats, thicker texture, or larger servings may skip it.

Something fun to nosh on on the go and great for a quick breakfast. Not the BEST I've ever had, but they do the trick for an easy breakfast.
Interesting product, great packaging, but the flavor was just ok (cherry chocolate). Felt a little too thick and cloyingly sweet and I would prefer a brighter healthier selection of mix-ins.

The volume of the product was too small to be anything more than a snack, but at the same time I don’t know if I could eat much more in one sitting.
Was very excited to try this but it tasted so unhealthy and sweet. The texture is one dimensional. Mush is mushy.
My best friends toddler LOVES these and sometimes I sneak a bite. The blueberry is so good. Great healthy option for on the go or in kids lunches!
I really enjoyed these ready-to-eat overnight oats! I've tried the Apple Cinnamon, and Strawberry flavors and loved them. They are super easy to pop into my lunch bag and I love that is is ready to eat and I don't have to do any work! I really enjoyed the quantity and flavor but I will say that these are quite expensive when you theoretically can make them on your own. If you like the convenience then I say that this is definitely the product for you!
Mush is super convenient go on the go breakfast. I've found the serving is not really enough for a meal, but great on the go or for a snack. My personal favorite flavor is blueberry. I have a hard time purchasing it at full price, and really only buy if it's at Costco. Do you need it? No. But if it's available for cheap, yes. I'm trying to say I would not go out of my way to make sure Mush is in my fridge but if I'm starving and it's this our quacker oats, I'm picking Mush.

I'm obsessed with Mush. Seriously, I have them almost every day. Vanilla Bean is my go-to, but Apple Cinnamon is a strong second place. I think it's the best pre-packaged overnight oats on the market.

I think the Strawberry flavor is their weakest. Something about it just doesn't hit at the same level as the others.
Mush has quality ingredients, and a good mix of flavors. It's a convenient option for a healthy breakfast, especially for those on the go. Great as a snack option as well. I like to add some berries and nuts on top of mine when having for breakfast.

Breakfast on the go. Easy + simple. Could be better portion size.
Could I make something close to this (if I just had my sh*t together)? Totally. Am I going to? Probably not. These are extremely practical during hectic mornings, if you forgot to eat lunch, or perfect for throwing in a cooler on your next camping trip! Haven’t tried a bad flavor yet!

Sustainable packing :-)
I first tried the chocolate mush not knowing what to expect at all and was so pleasant surprised that I eat them daily! Love these although they are a bit expensive.

Expensive
A little too sweet for my taste, but still a delicious, yummy on-the-go snack.

I have tried the Blueberry, Dark Chocolate, and Vanilla Bean flavors. They are a great way to start the day as a no-added-sugar side to some eggs, the base of a protein shake, or a quick, on-the-go light breakfast. I thoroughly recommend them.

good idea but bad execution. i tried the vanilla and did not like it one bit.
The good: There's great flavor, and there's a lot of different options to choose from. Easy for the on the move person. The bad: For the ingredients, it's a really expensive product. I also wish this was organic. You're better off making overnights oats yourself.
I used to make homemade overnight oats and these are much much better. The size is good for breakfast with some yogurt and fruit or just a snack. It definitely fills you up. I like the choice of flavors also

I would offer different sizing I think just to try it out if I wanted something a little bigger

Texture gets some getting used to if you don’t normally eat overnight oats but I really liked the chocolate. Quick and filing breakfast. Add a few berries and even better!

Pricing is the biggest thing preventing me from buying again. Outside that, would buy chocolate again. A cinnamon flavor or vanilla with maple syrup would be nice as well.
I tried them when I went to Whole Foods Market near NYC and I had big expectations, but the taste wasn’t exceptional and the texture was a little bit « dry » if I can say. So overall it would probably be a good morning snack for someone on the go, but not for a warm and comforting morning breakfast.

I won't lie, when I heard of Mush, I thought it was kind of silly. Overnight oats? I can easily make those myself. But man oh man. These things are delicious. I'm a huge chocolate fan, so that flavor is my favorite, but blueberry is delicious as well. Each variety I've tried is very flavorful, has just the right amount of sweetness, and still has nice texture - not too chewy or liquidy. They also actually keep you full for a few hours thanks to their combined fiber and protein content. I'm officially a Mush believer!

I really like these as an on-the-go breakfast or snack. If you want to make them a little heartier you could add some chia seeds or nut butter. They're very flavorful with just enough sweetness. The chocolate and blueberry flavors are delicious!

Tastes good and surprisingly filling. I prefer to eat it as a between meal snack, but definitely could be a light meal as well. Does not disrupt digestion at all.
