Murad Skincare earns mixed-to-positive reviews: its acne line and SPFs often work—clarifying body spray clears back breakouts, Essential-C Toner revives dull skin, and mattifying SPF 50 smooths texture—while several retinol and eye products underwhelm or show no results for some users. Reviews praise lightweight textures, clean finishes, and glow-boosting vitamin C, but note occasional stickiness, dryness from mattifying formulas, eye stinging from SPF, and inconsistent anti-aging outcomes.

I am in love with the Murad Essential-C Toner. I’m 54 years old and this toner has brought my dull, dry skin back to life. I have been getting compliments on my skin looking so healthy. I love how this product makes my skin feel more nourished and it gave me a healthy glow. I use it in the morning and at night. I highly recommend this product. It’s expensive but lasts so long.
Good cleansers.

I've been using Murad for many years. I haven't loved every product for me but there are a few that have worked really amazing for me and I order them religiously. Their brightening serum, infusion oil, essential-C cleanser, and their SPF items are my favorites. Everything has always been shipped quickly and without issues. I love that they always have a promo going on and I love earning points for free small sized products. I highly recommend Murad. See which of their products works for you.
*This review is regading the Murad - Essential-C Day Moisture Broad Spectrum SPF 30 | PA+++* Goes on smoothly, leaves no white cast (I'm pretty pale, so take that with a grain of salt), lays well under makeup, smells wonderfully, but...it made my eyes sting so much. I have somewhat dry eyes and wear contacts, so this probably only exacerbated the issue. I wish I could love it, but my quest for a great American sunscreen continues!

Acne Control Clarifying Cleanser: No Cleanses, clears pores and treats acne—even after rinsing. Leaving your skin feeling fresh and clean. Helps dissolve excess oil, purify pores, and clear and prevent future breakouts
I am SUCH a big fan of Murad. I use it everyday for my acne face wash. This company is WONDERFUL. Costumer service is great, shipping is always fast. I also pick up my goodies from Sephora. I will continue to stock up on all my faves. Acne is basically gone except for hormonal.

Since getting (and removing) my IUD, i've started to struggle with hormonal acne (which has been going on for about a year now). I've tried several brands, and although no brand delivered the absolute smooth skin they promised, the test kit from Murad did do some smaller wonders. The 'acne control'-test kit contained a few travel-sized bottles and was relatively cheap. And one of the biggest perks was, that the smaller tubes went on for quite a while (especially the cleanser and day cream). I did enjoy using the projects and have purchased the full-sized SPF day cream (also from the acne-control line) since it was so nice to use and didn't feel very greasy on top of my combination skin. So I guess I would recommend this product, although consistent use did not help me get rid of my acne i did end up finding a pleasant SPF day cream that is nice to use on my skin. :)

I tried murad retinol serum and night cream serum. It has a soft texture, skin feels soft and does not remain the feeling of sticky skin. Make sure you use it night time and on the next morning use a spf cream . My skin after a month look shiny and bright, no pigmentaiton, reduce small wringles. im 32
