MUD\WTR is appreciated for its potential health benefits, unique taste, and variety of product options. However, the taste doesn't suit everyone, and it's not considered a direct substitute for coffee. Some customers also reported the product causing stomach discomfort, and the issue of the 'mud' settling at the bottom of the cup was a common complaint. Delivery time and cost were other areas of dissatisfaction.

I purchased the product to supplement my coffee intake after trying a mushroom blend coffee and boutique shop in town while I was sick and it totally turning my day around. I definitely feel results with the classic mud but occasionally I still want my coffee, you just can’t replace the taste of the classic cup of coffee. I also have trouble with the “mud” settling to the bottom of my cup on my drive to work and I end up with a far less flavorful drink and a mouth full of mud at the end which I don’t love. I just recently started adding it to my protein shake post workout to boost my energy through the rest of the day. So far this is my favorite way to drink it as I can shake it periodically and I definitely don’t want another hit of caffeine after drinking pre-workout a few hours earlier! For this reason I did decide to sign up for a monthly subscription.

I really like the chai mix. It does tend to separate and settle even after mixing with the electric mixer supplied, but it doesn't bother me too much. The flavor does not replace coffee, but it is a great alternative warm beverage for the day. I always add honey or another sweetener because the flavor is a bit too earthy for me as is, but I think it's a great product. 

My wife bought this for me as an alternative to coffee to help me power through the workday. Unfortunately, I disliked it strongly. I gave it a few tries to be fair, but I just didn’t care for the taste or consistency. I’m also not convinced it had enough caffeine for me. I’m back on coffee and happier for it. 

I like the concept here, but the flavor tasted like a more earthy chai-cocoa hybrid.  I definitely felt a mild energy boost from the low-dose caffeine and mushroom blend, but for me this didn't serve as a coffee alternative, but rather as a drink I was having in addition to coffee.  Due to the high cost and suboptimal taste profile, I would not purchase this again.

It’s ok. Definitely not a substitute for coffee, as the taste profile is completely different, but I nice chai-like beverage for the afternoon. 

The flavor is meh at best, I didn’t really get the benefits from the adaptogens, definitely not a replacement for coffee as I still needed coffee to get started. And I had a subscription for a couple months. Not worth the money.

After I learned that MUD/WTR doesn’t use the fruit mushrooms bug the “roots” that grow in the grain they grow the mushrooms with I switched to everyday dose, and I liked that way better. Taste wise and everything.

I’m obsessed with the matcha & drink either that or the Rise every single morning. I think it’s an aquired taste but I just add honey to sweeten it up! Delivery just seems to take a lot longer than your usual! 

I love MUD/WTR.  It’s delicious.  There are a variety of drinks I can make with it.  It doesn’t give my gut acid burn.  It’s healthier and better for cognitive function.  I really enjoy it!!

Honestly pretty delicious as far as mushroom coffee goes but it's expensive and I had to eventually return to coffee. Also it's not very caffeinated so you get the same high as drinking like a tea.

I love everything I have tried from Mud/Wtr.  I am a subscriber and very happy with the service and products I receive (:rest, :creamer and :mushroom boost).  I highly recommend this company and their products.
