  • I ordered their Chinoiserie Potted Boxwood Tree pair for my mantel. The trees themselves are very cute, but beware the assembly and quality of the item is preposterous. It’s like cheap flea market junk. I’m shocked by the quality given their branding. I should have just ordered some off of Amazon - it would have been the exact same quality. There is so much hot glue on each tree, I’m genuinely wondering if the trees are even real. They arrived with hot glue also burned on the rim of both pots. And the SMELL. These things stink to high heaven. They wreak of burnt plastic. It’s incredibly deceptive that they have no review feature on their website. Gee, I wonder why…

  • DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! Looks are deceiving, I ordered 4 parrot lamps, very cheap looking not worth the price, resin not ceramic like the pictures show. I was charged 1600.00 for 4 lamps + lamp shades + another item. Wanted to return everything and was given less than HALF of what I paid for. Then was charged 400.00 for shipping. The label says it was shipped from New Jersey not from out of country. These people are true con artists.

  • I ordered some parrot candle holders back in October. After the third email I received saying delivery had been delayed yet again until well after Christmas I asked for a refund (as they invited me to do). I have not received any response or any refund despite sending 6 separate emails chasing. I’ve now had to report them to Amex. Seeing Mrs Alice flaunting her wealth on insta whilst holding onto my money for 4 months (and counting) adds insult to injury. Company should be investigated

At that point, the refund was initiated, but it was unfortunately blocked due to an open chargeback with your card provider. We sent an email on 29th January explaining this, but we did not receive a response from you. We're very sorry that earlier emails from you may not have reached us as intended. We've only been able to locate correspondence related to a discount code and editing your order. That said, we’re not disputing your efforts, and we’re sorry for the lack of timely resolution.   • Horrible. Thus company has ruined Christmas table. ! I ordered a tablecloth and placemats on November 26th. It’s now December 22nd and just found out that my order will arrive on January 1st! There was more than enough time to get my order to me. No customer service! Do not buy from this company. They say you will get your order by Christmas. Well that’s not going to happen. Where am I going to find a nice round tablecloth by Christmas w all the things I have to do. Horrible

  • Deplorable Customer Service ; Deceptive Practices

    I waited 6 months for a lamp to be delivered. I got a lampshade! All requests for a refund have been ignored. Previously orders cancelled due to no stock. They advertise items they don’t have and then cancel orders. There is no direct way to contact anyone. The quality of items in nowhere in line with what you would expect from price and website! It is a marketing scam. Shameful!!!

  • I ordered two relatively expensive bird lamps and received them (I live in the US). The quality was TERRIBLE as they were made from resin and the painting detail was very sloppy. I went on line to initiate a return and in addition to having to pay for international shipping (which I understand), I am also being charged by Mrs. Alice! The initial cost was 161 BP and they reduced my refund to 145 BP so with shipping to me and then the return, it's a total $150 US. Never again will I order from this sham company.

  • I have placed 3 orders over several years and have been delighted with the quality. Everything is as good or better than it looks online, and is always “just right” with the other recommended tablescape items from Mrs Alice. I’m in the US but the package comes promptly and all items are present and undamaged. I haven’t found any substitute for her quality and perfectly curated items, so am stuck ordering from the UK I guess! Huge fan.

  • Sent wrong box 11days ago. Contacted Mrs Alice and box collected. Had to wait for correct box. Box arrives damaged, both candle holders missing and large flock reindeer damaged. Sent photographs and been promised these items but now no response to my emails. I’ve not been able to use my “table-scape” on three occasions and hope I get the pieces I need asap. All the items are packaged with so much bubble wrap, tissue paper and ribbon and takes ages to undo it all and it goes straight into the bin. I’d prefer to have an accurate order above all this packaging. I’ve glued the damaged reindeer but it’s not really good enough. And on the website you see the whole box of items displayed on the seen side of the table. You need to divide the items in half… mine is less than that … If I’d known this I wouldn’t have ordered.

    All my feedback has gone into emails to the company but they are responding despite assurances it would be sorted out.

    yes, i note they request customer service feedbavk which is, internal. This feedbavk is for outside of the company which is fairer representation. Unfortunately a bad experience can mar the whole company experience. Its a shame as i dont think they are a sham, just a bit disorganised perhaps.
