I've only tried one flavor from this brand, but it's pretty good in taste. The texture is pretty soft and not overly chewy. I love that these are plant-based.

Cookie dough flavor tasted good and the texture was almost perfect. Doesn't have the amount of protein I would like it to have for 180 calories though. I guess it makes up for it by having a decent amount of fiber in it. Thus, I'd say the macros are pretty well-rounded.

I purchased two Mosh Nutrition bars from Sprouts for Thingtesting review with no discount. I bought the Lemon White Chocolate Crunch and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch. The Lemon White Chocolate Crunch tasted good. The chocolate I did not care for. There are lots of protein bars out there but this one was a little different it had Brain superfood added. I like the fact that they give to the Alzheimer's research.

It could be that I ate a bar soon after consuming a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which obviously packed a real PB punch, but I really didn't enjoy this product at all. I tried the Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch flavor and found it rather dry and flavorless, with a bit of an astringent aftertaste. Possibly it was the nootropic ingredients (lion's mane, ashwagandha) that led to that unpleasant effect, or maybe it's just not a product for me. Either way, I'll pass on future purchases.
