I had the Chocolate Sea Salt Mosh Bar as a snack in between meals. It was a perfect sweet treat to hold me over until the next meal. It did resemble a cake like brownie and was much lighter than anticipated. It was easier to eat versus other bars that are on the heavier side. The added benefits of creatine, fiber and protein were good to have all in one bar. I’d likely get this again.
I've only tried one flavor from this brand, but it's pretty good in taste. The texture is pretty soft and not overly chewy. I love that these are plant-based.
Cookie dough flavor tasted good and the texture was almost perfect. Doesn't have the amount of protein I would like it to have for 180 calories though. I guess it makes up for it by having a decent amount of fiber in it. Thus, I'd say the macros are pretty well-rounded.

I purchased two Mosh Nutrition bars from Sprouts for Thingtesting review with no discount. I bought the Lemon White Chocolate Crunch and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch. The Lemon White Chocolate Crunch tasted good. The chocolate I did not care for. There are lots of protein bars out there but this one was a little different it had Brain superfood added. I like the fact that they give to the Alzheimer's research.
