DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered 10th of Jan, was told shipping on 14 Feb, it’s now 18th march and still waiting… accc here I come

I'm disappointed that my order still hasn't arrived after over a month. Company won’t respond to my complaint and has my order makes as “fulfilled” . Upon seeing a photo of the moss on their Instagram today, I noticed that it appears watery and runny, unlike the gels I'm accustomed to from another brand. This discrepancy in quality raises concerns about the overall product. If the company is neglecting to deliver orders and not providing refunds, not responding to customers, it's understandable to question the integrity of their products.

Ordered this product over a month ago, still have not received it, lack of communication is pretty disappointing. No replies other than the one stock standard one everyone is getting, then nothing ( new packaging etc ) and no shipping updates. Seems to be an ongoing theme. Facebook and instagram comments get deleted if there is anything negative, they will reply promptly if you ask a question about the product before you purchase and then once you order communication is next to nothing. This companies Facebook and instagram portray amazing things and are blind-sighting a lot of customers. I would not recommend this product.

BUYERS BEWARE THEYRE BACKUP ON ORDERS 2+MONTHS AND ARENT TELLING PEOPLE, THEYRE ALSO NOT OFFERING REFUNDS AND SEND GENERIC MESSAGES AND NEVER ADDRESS QUESTIONS YOU ASK. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES IVE EVER DEALT WITH. AND I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET MY PRODUCT. HAVE HAD TO GO TO THE BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED REFUNDS MULTI TIMES AND GIVE YOU SHITTY EXCUSES AND NO TIME LINES OF WHEN YOULL ACTUALLY GET YOUR ORDER

It's been an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with this company. Despite placing my order back on January 25th, I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. The level of incompetence displayed by their customer service team is truly astounding. Not only have they failed to provide any updates on the status of my order, but their attitude and demeanor have been shockingly rude and dismissive. It's unacceptable that after such a long wait, they offer no compensation or apology for the inconvenience caused by their mistake. I strongly advise against ordering from this company, as their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly appalling.

Would never buy from them again Can't tell you what their products like cause I haven't received it!! Ordered 10th January. They don't respond to emails and delete any post of Facebook asking about missing products or any negative reviews. They did though reply once saying they refuse to email but I can have 25% off next purchase. What a joke! Note: I spammed their Facebook page, instagram, and dm founder Brent (who was arrogant in his relply) with warnings for other not to buy till they finally msged me and sent a refund. Copy paste every single post they have...get your money back!!!

My friend and I purchased sea moss in January and still no delivery, have reached out to them and they are waiting for shipment Still no response to my second email, I’ll be taking this further I would not recommend

6 weeks and still waiting for my product to arrive. Customer service is non existant other than generic emails stringing you along with excuses and no real time frame as to when you will receive what you paid for. Deleting any negative feedback on socials from paying customers but happy to take your money. Basically a scam, steer clear of this company as they do not deliver on their side of the bargain. I only wish i had read the reviews left by others before purchasing as i can see now i am not the only one in this situation. -1

Useless company. ordered on the 18th Jan, two months later NOTHING. Still not dispatched because the dont actually have the product to sell. Seeing lots of their advertising, sucking more people in, yet they cannot full orders. I asked for my money to be refunded, they are refusing, trying to blame Australia post. Like WTF? haven't even dispatched the order so clearly fobbing people off. MOS X DAILY IS A SCAM do not buy from them.

Ordered Jan 12/24 and didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I then followed up and was quite some delay to get a response( I only received a response after posting on their Instagram posts) . Once I got a response I was told my order would be sent Feb 20/24 with their new packaging. It’s now March 7 and I have not received a response to my follow up emails confirming when my order will be shipped, or a refund that was promised if they could not deliver on that date. This whole experience is very upsetting.

I’ve been an avid sea moss user for the last couple of years and always like to try out new brands and see what works for me. Mos x daily has been my favourite so far, not only was it really tasty but i also no longer have brain fog and feel consistently energised throughout my work day. When checking up on the tracking progress of my order customer service was really lovely and helpful, and i was happy to wait as the quality of the sea moss really outdid my expectations. Overall, love what this brand has done for my health and their integrity when it comes to locally and ethically harvesting their moss, really makes a difference in todays landscape.

Easily the best sea moss I’ve ever had and I’ve tried brands from around the world. 3 orders in and I’m hooked. A bit of a delay with the last shipment but so worth the wait!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have never been so disappointed with a company before. I ordered at the end of December and they still haven't sent my order (3 months ago) I was originally told it would take 9 days to dispatch so the sea moss was fresh. I was then sent an email saying they have packaging and freight issues and it would be dispatched mid Feb. Its now March. They don't respond to my emails asking for a refund or ETA. They have literally taken my money and not sent me the product. This company is a scam that uses the face of someone off MAFS to make you believe its legit!

Ordered the lychee apple in the tub and sachets Both were really good and better than others I’ve tasted of late. Been working on my gut health and this has really made such a difference in my energy levels and bloating! I know they had some issues with delivery when first starting out but they seem to have that all sorted now because I got mine in no time!! 5 stars 😌

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I placed an order back in Jan, it’s now March and nothing. I have emailed, facebooked messaged, Instagram message and finally I get a response saying they do not refund. I asked them to cancel the order due to them not being able to fulfill the order and still nothing. Apparently they have a 15 day processing time for orders in place and are happy to keep your money even though they do not actually complete it.
