I have ordered over 4 months ago and still havent recieved
I have reached out via email and out of 17 emails i got one reply stating theirs a shipping problem
Ok not my problem so i requested a refund and they refuse to
So i will be taking further legal action
Its not about the money its about the scam
And the absence of communication 

I have never been so upset. The WORST product and service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed them last year on 18th of December about my goods being damaged. The jar was open the the moss was all over the box and it had a putrid smell to it.
They said they will deliver another one.
I still haven’t received one. They said no to a refund before. I’m not happy. I’m disgusted by their services. They think it’s ok to steal from people. I spent money on a product and received nothing. I emailed them again recently and have had no response, I’m being ignored. I don’t recommend this brand to anyone. I feel bad for the people who are gonna get scammed. Disgusting product and service.

What a joke....do not buy this....this company is a SCAM.
The leaking package of putrid smelly crap received after 3 months of waiting was disgusting. 
Pathetic customer service and given we purchased enough for 12 weeks its got a use by date in two weeks!!!
We want a refund and i will hound this bloke until we do, or he is locked up.

I purchased on the 8th of March its now 19th of April so not to bad await as some people! communication was poor, I asked for a refund and did not get a response about that, they just sent another email saying item has been sent! 
Today I received my lychee and apple and 5 had burst in the tin! and the rest of the 25 items are all swollen ready to burst! I opened too and they smelt like they had fermented! I even tasted one and ewwwwww! threw the whole lot out!  fermented! with a use by dated of 3 wks! 
DO NOT BUY! 

The negative reviews are true. Stay away from this company.
Took 7 weeks to get my order (2 cans of apple lychee).
I received a box of loose sachets which I didn’t even know they do. I absolutely did not order that.

- fake tracking number sent 
- shipping took 7 weeks 
- sachets are less than what I paid for in terms of grams
- product is leaking, sachets are filled with gas/air
- sachets explode fermented sea moss when opened
- product is completely expired, fizzy, smelly and tastes so bad.
- emails not responded to
- no refund



Waiting over 5 months for my product to finally received the product leaking all through the tin. As soon as I opened one of the sachets the mos exploded out of it. I tasted one sachet and couldn’t even swallowing it all I could taste was a type of acidity. The flavour I chose was advertised to be sweet and yummy and it definitely wasn’t even consumable. I have emailed mos daily multiple times without any form of action on their part. 

Share my experience. Ok. Well...firstly they took my money and then nothing...after a few weeks I had to email and ask what was going on. They immediately sent out a "tracking notification" which basically said they'd notified DHL of a booking. I checked on the tracking number for a few weeks before finally something showed up.  Received notification item was available to collect from post office and upon openimg it found the tin was damaged and the contents seeping out. The inside of the packagimg was wet. Immediately took back into Post Office to lodge report. AP deemed inadequate packaging - tin wrapped in single piece of foil then in a plastic parcel bag. Should have been in a box and securely packed with bubble wrap at least. Emailed the letter from AP to MosX and requested refund. No response. Emailed again with photos of damaged item. Still no response. Very poor customer service. Very low quality product. Cheap and inadequate packaging of product. Seamoss was packed in sachets and then crammed into a light weight tin. The slightest bit of pressure and the sachets burst rendering the seamoss ruined. Very disappointing. Im going to keep trying to get a refund. 

I wish I didn’t even have to press a review I could just write how terrible they are. 
After months of dodging and constant messaging. We had to put him and his partner on blast on instagram so we could even get contacted properly (the only way we got a proper respond)- let me add we had been dodged for MONTHS and not only is he a liar, he likes to drag down other brands and people in the business just because it’s not working out for him and his partner. He will never come back from this, the “new” packaging is shit, the “new” tracking is a lie. He has no idea how to run a business and should probably do his research before ever considering taking peoples money. We finally got our refund after blasting him on instagram saying he brought his followers (what a joke right) maybe everyone has to do that to even see their own money back 🤦🏼‍♀️ he acts like he is targeted on his socials and acts like it’s a “trend” to write shut reviews but I don’t see another seamoss business getting these reviews just because? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If there was a no star option thats what they would get i purchased the product about 4 months ago now and havent recieved it. Have tried communicating with them and only hear crickets. . . have just given up at this point and there are far more better brands out their and you will actually receive there products.
