  • If I could give it a minus I would!!!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I buy online alllll the time but never have I EVER had an experience like this, it was literally so bad I don’t know how this business is still running. Took over 2 months to get my products after emailing over and over customer service just don’t get back to you! I had no choice but to msg Brett on his personal page. He got back to me that’s it. They are rude and horrible to deal with. Got my package the flavours were wrong that I ordered and damaged. I haven’t even tried it after all of that I was so turned off with the experience. Not to mention they just blocked me off their page as I was asking questions about my delivery and they didn’t like that if god forbid other innocent people get ripped off like myself and so many others have!! So they didn’t like my comments as people need to know the truth at how dodgy this company is!!!!! The best bit is the expiry is until Aug 2024 so I had a month to consume 3 jars it’s laughable at this point.

  • They’ve fixed the issues they had and I can honestly say the product is now better than ever… they now have fast delivery and superior freshness so give them a go… But to know more read on…. Yes Mos x daily had sum issues which is normal for a totally "New" company to have especially once they got inundated with new orders after having such a great start with so many rave reviews on social media in the beginning, but now the sea moss they sell is on another level freshness wise and has absolutely no smell and no taste if you take the raw one but now it’s as fresh as can be now like it was just picked from the water when you consume it refrigerated. People need to know how hard it was to have to import a live product from Timor and then process and ship it totally fresh Australia wide and especially an item which can spoil just like any other fresh eatable health food product can if not packaged the right way which made it very hard for Mos x once they were again totally inundated with orders after having such a great start and receiving so many rave reviews on social media in the beginning but they had problems with the packaging which made things really difficult so people need to acknowledge the fact that compared to all other companies we know who are selling products online which can just sit on shelves in a warehouse somewhere for as long as needed until shipping without the worry of it perishing or spoiling, Mos x didnt have that luxury and had the trouble of delivering a fresh food item/health product while orders just kept piling up again after all the rave reviews they received in the beginning and I don’t think they thought business would scale up so fast which it did for Mos x, so I myself stayed away from Mos x for sum time as I knew they were already running more then flat out and were struggling but I always planned to purchase again once I knew the problems they had were fixed. So recently after seeing the new packaging on Mos xs advertisements on instagram I decided to place an order 3 weeks ago which came in a week and now I can honestly say they have now worked out the problems they had now especially with their new packaging which now comes with a “vacuum sealed” sea moss package in each 500ml package you receive, so now it almost guarantees freshness as there's no air in the actual packages anymore for it to spoil now so the problem of the moss being delivered spoiled that sum people wrote about which didn't happen in the beginning is now totally resolved now which again only started to happen once the company again became totally inundated with new orders even sum in different countries like New Zealand ect after so many rave reviews on social media about the benefits people were feeling who took their sea moss everyday, So the sea moss in Mos x now is on another level now and after a couple weeks you'll especially notice your mental clarity, mental capacity and focus getting better and also your dreams to which for me have become so very vivid and enjoyable which is a sure sign its nourishing the brain and pineal gland/3rd eye which iodine in sea moss helps a lot with while also having beneficial effects on the entire body to with all the “bioavailable” vitamins and minerals naturally found in fresh sea moss especially if its not dried out and dead sea moss which all other sea moss companies around the world sell which are placebo products… So I can honestly say that the company now is totally back on its feet especially after my recent order which again came in a week after ordering and it was like it was in the beginning but even better now and even fresher then ever so I’m totally loving having their product now again and am so happy to have it back in my life…. So all I can say is people need to give them a go now because I know you won’t be disappointed as it’s better now than ever… and if you had problems email them because they got back to me in next day when I emailed them with questions so now I truly recommend Mos x so again give them a shot and I’m sure now everyone will be impressed like I truly am again… But to the one reading this stay blessed🙏

Now for MOSxDaily, This company is run by the biggest crook on the face of the earth BRENT Leon vitiello, a failed business owner who steals from people using their weakness for health and wellness to scam money out of them. This moss is picked from a 3rd world country and they cannot guarantee it is safe!!! Also please do not believe any of those good reviews you see, they are from MOSxDaily trying to do damage control and cover their behinds !! No one in their right mind would accept such a putrid product. I purchased seamoss last year and it took them over 3 months to ship it to me even though I live in Australia where they operate out of, I kept going back and forth trying to get in contact with them to no avail, they lied and told me my seamoss was already sent 2 weeks after I ordered and then backtracked and claimed they sold out of the seamoss I ordered. My seamoss arrived burst after 3 months of waiting, it was rancid and not safe to consume, when I reached out to them for a refund they would not give me one, they demanded and insisted that they just replace mine, after back and forth for 4 months I decided to blast them publicly on my socials, they threatened me to remove my post before I could get a refund but I told them I would not remove it until I had an email confirmation because they kept claiming they refunded me but I never had any sort of proof or email sent to me. They are bullies!! Please what ever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM A GO.

  • Placed order back in January, no shipping details received, followed up Mos X multiple times and just received multiple excuses (Aus Post issue, etc). Requested refund but received further excuses. Order finally arrived in May but it had fermented and gone off, further emails and msgs to Mos X but receiving responses like “please confirm we have correct email on file”. Had to throw away the tins, no refund received or replacement.

  • Ordered on 10.3.24 Didn’t hear anything until 28.3.24 where I received a shipping email with a dodgy tracking number from East Timor to Melbourne Area (I live in NSW) I disputed the purchase with the financial institution I purchased threw. They immediately responded to the dispute saying they had contacted me regarding shipping and packaging delays (this didn’t happen) Drew out the dispute process by saying they’ve paid shipping (they probably have a whole bunch of people the same tracking number (3649563886 DHL) After making 3 complaints and having someone call me on my third complaint they refunded the money to me 18.5.24 Don’t buy from this merchant they will stuff you around and then gaslight you. They also delete all negative comments in there socials and the phone number they provided is some poor random girl who’s number they are using

  • Placed an order five months ago. Numerous emails regarding non delivery & refund requests. Ignored the refund request asking to please wait & apologising for wait. Not listening to my request. Had a delivery today. One of three tubs ordered delivered. See photos. Opened, product spilling out of container, smells disgusting. Not fit for human consumption. MosXdaily are a joke. The fact that they are still taking people’s hard earned money & still advertising themselves as an ethical company is a totally dishonest. Do not waste your money on this product.   • Purchased in February, still waiting. I should have done more research before purchasing, like I normally due. After receiving the confirmation of shipping from DHL, I thought, okay maybe it's legit? So I check and at least every other week. Then I noticed that it's coming from China! The company claims "Australian based company...., we embarked on a mission to work directly with traditional sea moss farmers in the Indian Ocean" but according to THE REAL DHL site, it's coming from Chine! Call me silly, but I thought China was bordered by the Pacific Ocean??? So, why is my (so called product) coming from China and why is it taking 4 month to receive? If this does not scream SCAM, I'm sure what does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is still active on social media and google people.... I urge you to keep scrolling on by!!!!!!! Update 5/14/24 Package arrived! All containers were deformed as if pressurized. With some bravery I opened one of the containers and it immediately exploded all over. I'm like, what in the same hell... are they trying to kill people with this nasty smelling mush! It was clearly NOT moss of any kind. NOT FOR CONSUMPTION OF ANY TYPE!

  • BUYER BEWARE! This is the Fyre Festival of Sea Moss brands. Honestly, I wish that I had taken the time to read the reviews of this company, rather than fall for their dazzling, chic marketing, like so many unfortunate others. I also know the founder personally, so didn’t think twice when trusting him with my money. Mos x Daily’s Brent Vitiello and disgraced Fyre Festival’s Billy McFarland seem cut from the same cloth. They focussed more on their mesmerising advertising campaigns than the actual logistics of being able to deliver on the product they were so passionately promoting. Both were, and can currently be seen living it up in picturesque locations while their business ventures crumble/d. I ordered 2 cans of coconut sea moss from Mos x Daily on 11th March 2024. It’s now 4th May and I haven’t received a thing. Contacted them two weeks after I had received no shipping notification or updates. They promptly replied, purporting that they were ‘happy to inform me that they were shipping out orders in new packaging’ and to keep an eye out for tracking. A month later, and the tracking number they gave me alleges that my parcel is still in Timor. Hasn’t moved. I sent another email a few days ago with an attached screenshot of the DHL tracking. Haven’t received a reply. And then I hopped on TrustPilot and, wouldn’t ya know it, I’m one of dozens who have either not received anything at all, or received expired product. And none have received refunds. I will be attempting to seek a refund purely because when they don’t reply/refuse, I can action this with the ACCC and Fair Trading. Stay tuned… I have a feeling we’ll be seeing Brent Vitiello on A Current Affair sometime in the near future. What an absolute scam. Don’t waste your money, or join the queue of people lining up to see this guy get what he deserves.

  • I had put in an order in January, as of 5/5 I have not received the products or the refund I asked for. I have emailed many many times. It is clear that they are sending rotten products to people and praise themselves for freshness and purity. It is absolutely disgusting! After repeated emailing them saying please don't send your inedible products to me, they sent it anyway and expectedly it is off and unsafe for human consumption. Please file a dispute with your bank if you have experience the same thing with this company.

  • Share my experience. Ok. Well...firstly they took my money and then nothing...after a few weeks I had to email and ask what was going on. They immediately sent out a "tracking notification" which basically said they'd notified DHL of a booking. I checked on the tracking number for a few weeks before finally something showed up. Received notification item was available to collect from post office and upon openimg it found the tin was damaged and the contents seeping out. The inside of the packagimg was wet. Immediately took back into Post Office to lodge report. AP deemed inadequate packaging - tin wrapped in single piece of foil then in a plastic parcel bag. Should have been in a box and securely packed with bubble wrap at least. Emailed the letter from AP to MosX and requested refund. No response. Emailed again with photos of damaged item. Still no response. Very poor customer service. Very low quality product. Cheap and inadequate packaging of product. Seamoss was packed in sachets and then crammed into a light weight tin. The slightest bit of pressure and the sachets burst rendering the seamoss ruined. Very disappointing. Im going to keep trying to get a refund.

  • Waiting over 5 months for my product to finally received the product leaking all through the tin. As soon as I opened one of the sachets the mos exploded out of it. I tasted one sachet and couldn’t even swallowing it all I could taste was a type of acidity. The flavour I chose was advertised to be sweet and yummy and it definitely wasn’t even consumable. I have emailed mos daily multiple times without any form of action on their part.

I purchased on the 8th of March its now 19th of April so not to bad await as some people! communication was poor, I asked for a refund and did not get a response about that, they just sent another email saying item has been sent! Today I received my lychee and apple and 5 had burst in the tin! and the rest of the 25 items are all swollen ready to burst! I opened too and they smelt like they had fermented!   • I have never been so upset. The WORST product and service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed them last year on 18th of December about my goods being damaged. The jar was open the the moss was all over the box and it had a putrid smell to it. They said they will deliver another one. I still haven’t received one. They said no to a refund before. I’m not happy. I’m disgusted by their services. They think it’s ok to steal from people. I spent money on a product and received nothing. I emailed them again recently and have had no response, I’m being ignored. I don’t recommend this brand to anyone. I feel bad for the people who are gonna get scammed.
