Me and my daughter both suffer from extreme eczema. Our dermatologist suggested sea moss as I didn't want to try another steroid cream. I stumbled across Mos x Daily's account on Instagram just as I had finished my last jar of another sea moss brand and thought, 'What the hell?' and gave them a shot. Best decision I've ever made! Their different flavours are delicious, and the texture of the products goes down a lot easier than the other 'gel' sea moss I've tried in the past. I've seen amazing results with Mos x Daily, than any other brand I've tried, not only with my skin but also my daughters' as well. They support less fortunate communities which i think is fantastic and shows how dedicated they are to helping people. The only issue I faced with them was delayed product shipping and tins bursting, they did reissue me a replacement and let me know that they are updating their packaging and changing postage companies to avoid this in the future. Then again, I would wait a lifetime to receive their product; it's that good. They followed up to see how I was enjoying the product and genuinely cared about my experience and gave me so much information on how sea moss helps with skin issues. I recommend this small business to anyone looking to start their sea moss journey or anyone who wants to try real sea moss that makes a difference.

Can you say I've been scammed? Well, I can! I bought 2 lots of sea moss back on January 12. I was told it would arrive in 9 days because it had to be made fresh. Then I was told, the packaging had to be changed and it wouldn't arrive until the 26/02. Nothing has arrived at this point. I've emailed around 10 times, with no reply. I've used the chat line on the website, with no reply. I'm so pissed off there very good at one thing. Taking your money. Hopeless at delivering the item. Worst service I've ever experienced. I've reported them to the ACCC and consumer watch dog. I hope everyoneone else thats had a bad experiencedors the same thing.. I've also contacted Accurent affairs on channel 9 to do a story on these guys. I love reading all the fake reviews. The put them here so they can brung tbe score up from 1 to 2.4.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Product arrived approx 6 weeks after I originally ordered it and the lack of responses from customer service during this time was ridiculous and when it did finally arrive, ths contents of the package had opened so the mos was ruined and had to be discarded. Upon contacting customer services yet again, I was pretty peeved by this point, she apologised for how my order had been handled and promised to send out a new one free of charge and to issue me a full refund for the damaged order to apologise for my experience. This was before Christmas. It’s now end of Feb and I’m still waiting on my the refund and all emails I’ve sent have been ignored. I wouldn’t waste your time or money because if there is an issue with yoyr order, stabbing yourself in the eye with a rusty fork, would be less painful than trying to get a resolution with it with this company..

Please don’t buy from them! Customer service is rubbish, I placed an order in January and was told 9 business days. Followed by one product being sold out, so I had to wait until the 14 Feb the told to wait until the 20th Feb and now I’m following up with them and they don’t answer my 2 emails, 4 messages on FB or my message on IG. I just want my money back. No wonder why his other businesses failed he doesn’t keep his word

Don't give them your money, support another Australian business. I ordered start of Jan it is now end of Feb and no product or resolution from their CS team. I have been ghosted and if i ever do receive a response it is a generic template response. I ordered when the website had the product in stock. When I followed up I was told their was a 9business day turnaround plus postage. After this time I followed up again and was told I actually ordered a "pre-order". Then I was told that there have been delays due to re-packaging. When I expressed my frustrations on their social media i then got a non-robotic response and was offered no refund but another flavour in stock, when I accepted I was ghosted and never got another flavour. They even offered me 25% off next purchase but no discount code issued to me.... Their customer service is beyond shocking. I bought this product because their marketing was effective and with Brent's face being the face of the business I trusted that this was a legit business but I now realise just because you are a celeb doesn't make you a good businessman. I reported them to Consumer Affairs Victoria. You can't take our money and ignore us. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

DO NOT ORDER I have ordered the sea moss last year when it came out, and it arrived damaged with the tin opened and leaking, not safe to consume. I emailed Hope and she said she would send out another one. I didn’t hear back for a month, I have now sent Hope and Brent several emails and no correspondence. They will not send out another nor are they giving a refund, very unprofessionally business they are running.

Horrible experience. Have not received the order and it’s been over two months. I actually have moved since placing the order and now they won’t reply to my emails. Another scam business with good marketing, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

TERRIBLE! Was sent the wrong flavour product and overcharged for shipping. They advised they would send the correct product and refund me the shipping. I’m yet to receive the shipping refund or product from over 2 months ago. I asked for a refund and have had no response. Absolutely disgraceful.
