  • I have been taking Sea Moss for months now and have noticed a massive change in how I feel, absolutely love it. It’s a shame that people don’t understand the teething problems a new company have in trying to get things right because in the long run you will benefit in this product. Not a scam and that I can guarantee. Btw love the new sachet packets, so handy.

  • A MUSSSSTTT HAVE!!! Mos x daily has improved my wellbeing and health immensely. I take 2 scoops a day and cannot comprehend how incredible the improvements have been in my skin, energy levels and sleep quality. Even if I get 5 hours of sleep I manage to still feel energised for the whole day, my sleep quality has improved by miles- I no longer wake up 5 times a night like I was or need to take my sleep medication. My skin is glowing and haven’t had any break outs. Even when it my time of the month. Have been receiving many compliments on my glowing complexion. I’m so glad i tried it as I was very close not giving it a go. Plus the flavours taste SO GOOD!!!

  • My life has changed since taking mos x daily no more naps during the day full of energy!!! I didn’t believe all the benefits when I first heard about it but I can not recommend it enough! I never want to go a day without it! The new packaging is amazing, I got my order and everything is back on track!

  • This is an actual scam! I placed my order 16/1/24 still haven’t received it. I have asked for a refund 2 weeks ago, i have received no response except for a notification my order has been sent via dhl 10 days ago, but there is no update at all. It only startes shipping information has been received so clearly the actual package hasn’t been sent they only did that to try shut me up and buy time. Please don’t waste your money! They are a completely unethical business, all they do is spend all their time and energy on fancy marketing videos so they can continuing scamming more people. It’s gross

  • This company is such a scam!!!! I ordered mine over a month ago and I still haven’t received it. I have sent countless emails asking where my order is and I all I get is an excuse about packaging. After sending a big email saying how unhappy I was and that I’d take it further they sent me a shipping email and tracking number but I still have not received my order. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER order from Brent again. It’s also disappointing that he out of all people would let this happen. Hopefully this gets out on the news as it should not be happening.

  • Like others, I'd rate 0 if I could. Haven't received my order yet, ordered over 6 weeks ago and absolutely horrified at the service and lack of accountability from this company. I really hope A Current Affair look into this and hold the company accountable. It is absolutely disgusting that they are getting away with it!

  • Would rated them 0 if I could. I am so disappointed by my experience with Moss x Daily. I can’t believe I have been scammed by Brent, someone who is well known nationally. I ordered my product a month ago and have not even received shipping details yet. I have reached out to them through their website’s customer service line multiple times and have been told many lies, saying they “are sold out and will be sending it soon”. I’m very upset by all of this and will be contacting the ACCC. Shame on you Brent for using your fame to con people. Karma works in wonderful ways!

  • I’ve purchased my order on the 10th of Jan and I haven’t heard a reply nor any notification about my order. I then reached out 2wks later after I placed my order to know what has happened to my order and still no response. I sent multiple emails, sent messages in the 24/7 chat, and sent DM’s on instagram and still no response after 2wks. I was so upset and frustrated and at that point I just wanted a refund. When they finally replied, it was an insta DM saying “Hi, What’s your email?” That’s it??!?! No apology, no sympathy and a major lack of customer service. I asked what has happened to my order and they mentioned because an item was out of stock hence why they haven’t updated me. When I asked if I could replace one of the out of stock with another sea moss gel flavour, they said I would have to pay additional fees to have it sent out. I did not want to spend anymore on this company so I said would wait until the flavour came back in stock which was when the Lychee apple flavour was “supposedly” going to be in stock after Valentine’s day. But then they sent out an email saying that they have decided to replace their tins and orders will be shipped out the end of Feb. I then sent multiple emails again and no response back once more. I’m so frustrated with this company and it’s a total scam! When they’ve finally replied on Instagram, I’ve let them now that I’ll be overseas soon and I would not be there to receive my order. They’ve replied stating that they are working tirelessly to get the tins/orders out then end of Last week and if it would be better to hold my order until I came back from Holiday’s. But, I’ve told them to hold my order instead because I’ll be away on holiday for a month and now it’s literally the end of March and still haven’t received a reply but and shipment email from Mosxdaily that they’ve sent out my order….. How utterly disappointing and frustrating this company is!!! I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but look how it turned out?!!??!?! What disgrace of a company! I have asked for a refund multiple of times but they have blatantly ignored my request and now I’m $160 out of pocket with a product that will sit on my front porch for a month!!! SCAM! Don’t ever buy anything from this company!!!

  • Editing to this review to remind everyone that I ordered this 7 months ago and still haven’t received a product or refund :) I’m adding to the multiple reviews to talk about my experience. AVOID. 1. I ordered mine on Black Friday back in NOVEMBER and still haven’t got my order 2. Back and forth emails they sent me my order it was moldy and off! Leaking and spoiled. The tin was also rusty. 3. They said it was fine but it was green when I looked at other peoples orders and it was definitely not meant to be that color. 4. They told me they refunded me and I still haven’t received my refund and it’s almost April. 5. Kept getting sent generic emails saying they will send me only ONE even though I paid for TWO. 6. They delete all comments left on their instagram. 7. They don’t respond to emails. 8. They made excuses that it’s Australian posts fault. 9. They don’t have a google review section 10. And last but not least they have now deleted their instagram page!

  • SCAM! Do not buy from this company. I ordered once back in 2023, it took a month to be delivered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered March 2024. I should have checked reviews first. I used shopify and it said my order had been dispatched but then a few days later it was cancelled. Tried to contact them, no response. They have taken my money and I have lodged a complaint to ACCC. I suggest others do the same to stop them from promoting this product. All negative comments are deleted from their social platform. SCAM! DO NOT BUY!

  • Ordered over a month ago keep checking to see any updates . Checked today and the order has been cancelled ???? But they have taken my money. Checking out reviews I wish I never purchased now.

  • I do not recommend this company, order placed on 30 January and still can't get an update on delivery as of 26 March and they refuse to refund. I appreciate this is a new small business but they are a nightmare to deal with. Very frustrating and appaulling customer services. I would give them zero stars!

  • SCAM---CRIMINALS---MOSXDAILY Same story as so many others, ordered 20-Jan-24 still no products, no answer to my emails or messages, constant excuses, first packaging then AusPost. refuses to refund and now they are just ignoring all communications. even trying to find the correct ABN on them is near impossible. I should have read the reviews prior to purchase, I always read reviews first but in this instance for some reason I didn't.

  • Would leave negative 5 stars if I could!! Purchased from this company without checking reviews first that was my first mistake. After weeks since ordering, multiple emails and messages via their social media platforms to which they delete any negative comments you post, I still dont have the product and when you ask for a refund they say they cant refund due to Australia Post...you havent posted it how can it be Australia Post fault ?!?!?! You get the same generic email when you contact them with all the excuses in the world but no actual effort in resolving the issue. Messages go left unread for days on social media, you message via there chat on the website and dont get a response, even the phone number goes straight to a voice to text message you cant speak with anyone to get issues resolved!! I call bullshit on this company and really shouldnt have expected anything less when the so called founder was on a reality tv show enough said really. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SORT YOUR SEA MOSS ELSEWHERE!!!!!

  • If I could put zero I would. I order the sea moss and sea moss face mask back in December. Received the sea moss but not the face mask as it was on back order, which is fine - meant to be here by end of jan. My sea moss was mouldy, they said they would send out another one by a certain date and if I didn’t get it by then they would refund me. It’s been three months and I keep getting the same replies that are just like an automated response. I’ve demanded a refund by the end of week or I’ll go to fair trade.

  • I ordered from them in January and they promised to ship within ten days, It’s march and all I have received is several lingwinded emails about how they are devastated that they need to delay again theirs problems with the harvest or the packaging or Australian post but never there fault! I asked for a refund and they refused but promised that if the order did not come at the new promised date they would fully refund me. That in February when I contacted them to make them good on their promise they ghosted me and then sent me the same email, about the rain and the damaged packaging blah blah all while taking more orders online promising to ship in ten days. This is a scam! So many other sea moss company’s no need to order from this horrible company
