  • I waited 4 months and was only meant to wait 2 weeks for my order and then when it finally came in the mail one of the tins must have exploded and leaked everywhere (it also was expired and smelt horrible) then when I tried to open the second tin it literally exploded in my face and went everywhere including my eyes and made them red for 2 days. Someone needs to shut down this business asap.

  • Absolute scam brought in January and still nothing received months on. To make things worse so many people complaing about it also on their Instagram but they are going through deleting all the comments!!!

  • I gave it one star because it’s not possible to give it a 0. Feel like I’ve been completely scammed. Ordered in December 2023, arrived in February (well past their 5 day shipping promise), products were broken, sea moss splattered everywhere. Emailed to request a refund and they said no but they could exchange. The message barely made any sense. I agreed to this, didn’t hear back from over a month, then got a looooong message (which looks like it was automated) saying how “sorry” they were and that I could have some sachets sent to me asap. These never came. Customer service is shocking. Complete waste of money. They’re just pocketing $$$ with no accountability. Avoid!

  • Absolute scam!! Made my purchase in early January when they launched, waited an excessive amount of time to only receive a rusty leaking tin it had my hubby gagging at the smell from the other side of the house. I contacted mos x daily MULTIPLE times on Facebook and email with 0 response, finally I got a reply after many try’s and they would just tell me to email them or send me new dates as they are changing their packaging, I was VERY patient and understanding but I just kept getting told false promises or would get ignored. Now their Facebook page is deleted and a new one has being made, my husband commented on their new Facebook page about this and they said it’s being shipped have I not received it? Check with Aus post, no you haven’t shipped it I haven’t even being sent a new tracking number, asked for it so we can follow up and sure as we expected nothing was sent. Being 5 months of rediculous excuses and lies, Absolute scam, they do nothing but lie and take your money!! Avoid!!! I’ve had to report to consumer businesses and bank.

  • I ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! MONTHS HAVE GONE BY AND NO ORDER HAS ARRIVED, NO TRACKING NUMBER, NOTHING AT ALL! HOW THEY CALL THEMSELVES A BUSINESS IS BEYOND ME!   • Didn’t receive an order confirmation email or receipt. My order took FOREVER to arrive - placed my order on 24-11-2023 and it arrived almost a month later on 19-12-2023). When it arrived, the internal plastic package had exploded and the entirety of the outer can package was wet and slimy throughout. I wasnt able to try the product it as it didn’t seem safe for consumption. Do not waste your money. I don’t usually leave negative reviews however after seeing many other customers with similar experiences, it’s apparent I’m not the only person who received a damaged product

  • If there was a no star option thats what they would get i purchased the product about 4 months ago now and havent recieved it. Have tried communicating with them and only hear crickets. . . have just given up at this point and there are far more better brands out their and you will actually receive there products.

  • I wish I didn’t even have to press a review I could just write how terrible they are. After months of dodging and constant messaging. We had to put him and his partner on blast on instagram so we could even get contacted properly (the only way we got a proper respond)- let me add we had been dodged for MONTHS and not only is he a liar, he likes to drag down other brands and people in the business just because it’s not working out for him and his partner. He will never come back from this, the “new” packaging is shit, the “new” tracking is a lie. He has no idea how to run a business and should probably do his research before ever considering taking peoples money. We finally got our refund after blasting him on instagram saying he brought his followers (what a joke right) maybe everyone has to do that to even see their own money back 🤦🏼‍♀️ he acts like he is targeted on his socials and acts like it’s a “trend” to write shut reviews but I don’t see another seamoss business getting these reviews just because? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

  • The negative reviews are true. Stay away from this company. Took 7 weeks to get my order (2 cans of apple lychee). I received a box of loose sachets which I didn’t even know they do. I absolutely did not order that. - fake tracking number sent - shipping took 7 weeks - sachets are less than what I paid for in terms of grams - product is leaking, sachets are filled with gas/air - sachets explode fermented sea moss when opened - product is completely expired, fizzy, smelly and tastes so bad. - emails not responded to - no refund

  • DO NOT BUY What a joke....do not buy this....this company is a SCAM. The leaking package of putrid smelly crap received after 3 months of waiting was disgusting. Pathetic customer service and given we purchased enough for 12 weeks its got a use by date in two weeks!!! We want a refund and i will hound this bloke until we do, or he is locked up.

  • Absolutely disgusting service DO NOT PURCHASE I have ordered over 4 months ago and still havent recieved I have reached out via email and out of 17 emails i got one reply stating theirs a shipping problem Ok not my problem so i requested a refund and they refuse to So i will be taking further legal action Its not about the money its about the scam And the absence of communication

  • I will NEVER purchase from this company EVER again! Took almost 2 months to hear from them, I had sent emails and got no reply so I msgd them on instagram which they sent me a tracking number that didn’t even exist nor did they even apologise for the delay or give any explanation. On the app, Shop it had said my order had been cancelled yet I never got a refund. By the time I got my sea moss it was due to expire soon lol. This business is just stealing money from innocent customers!

Scammng innocent people is a crime.. i Trusted a so called celebrity . Taking money from people is a shame.. I just want my money back. Great marketing to scam people.   • Do not order!! Placed an order on the 20th of Feb & never received my item. The same as every other customer, I emailed and ask for a refund and to cancel my order but they refused and gave me no help whatsoever. Got sent a “tracking number” on the 28th of march which still hasn’t even been collected. I contacted moss x daily and said I would be filing for my money back from the bank if I do not receive my item, which they told me again it’s on its way. Still nothing and the bank has accepted my charge back! Call your bank and get your money back!!

  • I wish I saw all of these reviews before buying. I ordered 6 weeks ago and nothing. When asking for order to be cancelled and refunded. They have an excuse each time. "They are sending out hundreds of orders" Its becoming beyond a joke...

  • Absolutely APPALLING customer service - Placed my order at the start of January and still nothing. All of their comments on their social media asking where the products are, are deleted. What an absolute scam of a company; its clear that our orders are funding the company from start up - and instead of advising of this, they've taken our orders and stringed everyone along. Would not recommend at all based off of this alone.

  • The worst company I have ever purchased from!! I made an order over 5 weeks ago, and still have not received it. Every time I have tried to contact someone, they have either not replied, or replied with an automated response that does not help. They have also tried to charge me for a monthly subscription, even though I still have no received my first order! Very sad as I was excited to try their mos, and would have been a reoccurring customer.

  • Never received order then received a shipping notification and no movement for a week. Then another email promising the packages went out and here we are 5 days later and no movement. At this point I am contacting my bank. This is horrible business which takes away from the product if it’s actually any good. There are many other products like this out there with the same quality and you will actually get the product.

  • I ordered my product back in January and I have received nothing. The company has no correspondence except for a generic response that is full Of excuses. Why is it now April and I still haven’t received anything Never ever order from this company As you can see they have even put up Fake reviews to try and hide the real ones! What a shame
