Great customer service with resolving an issue, after major delays. Lychee & apple tastes great.

I've been ordering sea moss from mosxdaily since December last year. It was a bit tricky in the beginning with packaging and delivery issues however once I started taking it regularly I immediately noticed the difference when I didn't take it. I have been on subscription for a few months now and have recommended to my family and friends. The lychee and apple flavour is my go to but the new mango and pineapple flavour is coming out on top! Thanks for creating such a great product!

my initial order was pretty awkward as the parcel came after a long time. However, the second order i made was quick which im happy about. The quality of the sea-moss is also really good, easily edible. There responses are decent too

SO YUM IVE heard so many horror stories about the taste of sea moss but this mango and pineapple is DELISH certainly not a chore to take and actually tastes fruity. Best taken chilled as it says and I can’t wait to reap the benefits of sea moss!!! I want to try ALL the flavours

Had a rocky start with them due to packaging issues. They sorted it as quickly as they could though and the service was pretty good. I had a problem with the packaging which they very quickly sent me a replacement product. The sea moss is high quality with a mellow flavour that’s perfect because it’s not overwhelming. The sea moss has added lime juice which is perfect for vitamin c which helps your body absorb all the minerals.

Worst company and products.I would give less than one star if I could. I received my order 6 months after purchasing. They would not give me a refund no matter how many times I asked. When I finally received my products the tin that they came in rusted even tho they remodeled their packaging because it rusted. Really awful company, do not buy.

So I ordered 2 tins in their January 2024 sale. It’s now June and I only received the one flavour I liked. Until May when they sent me out of date, mouldy sachets in which I responded to them and they promised a new one will be sent out. It’s the end of June and nothing. I don’t expect anything - I asked for my money back and they won’t refund my money. Absolutely disgusting customer service or lack of. Yo get lied to constantly, they really don’t care which is a shame as I like supporting Australian - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I noticed my skin felt softer and had a noticeable difference in complexion (sometimes redness in areas for me on my face) My energy levels and clarity of mind were also improved 🥰

One of the best products I’ve used in a while. I love the different flavours and benefits you get from MOS. I find that I’m sleeping better and more motivated throughout the day. It’s a winner!

I really like the packaging. The delivery was very fast. The new packaging is really good. Much better than the old packaging. It was sealed. No leakage thick box which was very high-quality. I really like that whenever I have a question I reach out to the staff and concerns I reach out to the staff. They come back to me with the information on time. I really appreciate that it taste good. It was fresh and I can't wait to try coconut. The owner has worked really hard to create a great product and I believe I can see that effort in the product so well done.

After a little whiles wait because of packaging issues.. I am so glad I was patient enough and finally received the product I expected and why I order with them! I am so happy with my jar’s and they’re so easy to take.. almost like a sugar free jam

I suffer anxiety, from a event that turned my life upside down. I get very exhausted easily . I started taking Moss daily and have tried a lot of other products to have some sort of normalcy in my life. I have found it has helped my anxiety and given me lots more energy to complete my day. I would purchase again. Thanks Moss Daily it has helped me be able to complete my day a lot better. I have found it has helped with mental clarity as well

This product is a brilliant wonder of nature! I love how it calms and regulates my system in the morning. I get a balance feeling of energy and clarity in my whole body. I consume once or twice a day to enjoy the simple but potent feeling of wholeness it brings. I feel hydrated and energized. Thank you guys for developing a gift from nature!

MOS X Daily Sea Moss has been a real game-changer for me. I've always had joint pain and thinning hair, which was so frustrating. But since I started taking this supplement, my joint pain has significantly reduced, and my hair feels thicker and healthier. It's such a relief to find something that actually works. Terrible business. Never received my first product. Then they charged my card for a second and third that arrived gone off!!. Send so many emails and messages with no response. I’m going to have to cancel my card because of these people.

The results speak for themselves. One spoonful in the morning and I'm set for the rest of the day. No more fatigue or lethargy. Coming from a mama of 4 under 7. Thank you Mos X. Completely changed the game.

****UPDATE**** I’ve heard back from fair trading and unfortunately there is nothing they can do. They have informed me that they have contacted and informed the company about its issues and they have not received a response and were unsuccessful with their process. So they cannot help me further unless they respond which i doubt they will be. Well well well. I wish I could give it 0 stars and it’s so sad to see that it’s not just me experiencing this. This disgusting money gouging scamming company should honestly be plastered all over ACA and media outlets. I have yet to receive my order that was placed in January! I emailed them 5 weeks ago requesting for a refund because my cousin had received her order all mouldy and damaged and their message was so petty and disgusting. Do they realise that products cannot be consumed when tin cans are moulded and rusted? I have reported them to fair trading and have threatened legal action because what they are doing to their consumers is abnormal. Everyone should make a complaint to fair trading and not let them get away with this. Brent I hope you are reading this and deleting comments from your social media doesn’t hide the fact that you and your company are scamming innocent people! Also to add to the fact that they are giving different stories to every customer but that’s another story. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered back on the 11th February 2024 I still do not have my order or a refund dispute sending multiple emails and messages via instagram, Facebook etc. I kept being told there was a delay due to new packaging, the next excuse was due to issues with their courier. Every time I tried to contact there was always something new as an excuse and was always promised that the items would be shipped by the end of the week. Nothing ever changed and no items were ever shipped. I lodged a dispute through After-pay, I suggest everyone who has used bank, after-pay, PayPal lodge a dispute if they are having issues. Mosxdaily tried to challenge it but I submitted screenshots of all the convos with their BS and still not product. Awaiting investigations this point in time. They are currently in breach of ACCC laws as they cannot supply items within a reasonable time. I suggest everyone also make a complaint with the ACCC. I sent an email 9 days ago demanding a refund and for my order to be cancelled. No response, what a surprise. I’ve just contacted them again today on Facebook so I’ll see what happens, they also delete or hide all of their social media comments, if that isn’t a big red flag for a business, I don’t know what is then. But this is 100% a scam, clearly they cannot run a business and can’t even admit theirs issues. The customer service is appalling. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered but their website looked so legit and it seemed like they had a good mission. But they are so far from what they preach it’s not funny. Save yourself the time, money and headache and do not order from them.
