  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Ordered on the 12th December 2023, and received shipment notification on the 4th of January 2024. Upon receiving my package, not only was the metal tin opened but the plastic packaging containing the moss was unsealed, leaking through the package & causing rust. I contacted Mos via instagram with my claims. They seemed sincere with their initial response and offered a new shipment only for my future messages to be read and ignored regarding no postage information. It was a frustrating experience having no reply at times and having to comment on their Instagram posts to get a private reply. Due to them never shipping my item I requested a full refund. I simply stated that if no action was made I would involve a third party. This had them actioning the refund email right away but still having to wait ten business days for it to show in my account. Sadly this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth & due to this I will look for alternative suppliers in future. It also seems others have had the same experience after reading reviews. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

  • Just like everyone else, I purchased in OCTOBER.. it is now the end of JULY and I have not recieved my order. The only update I've received is saying the label was printed. This Brent fella is the biggest loser, he can't even make an honest living.. the struggle is real. Take it up with your banks and get your money back folks. I found Herb Boss to be the purest and most honest sea moss gels of them all. No flavors. The owner is a beautiful soul.   • Have enjoyed trying Mos x Daily sea moss products. The taste, especially the Acai flavour, is okay; not my favourite. Planning to try it in a smoothie, which seems like a better fit for those who aren't big fans of the flavour. While the Mos x Daily Customer Service team is friendly, the communication and delivery experience needs improvement. I ordered on November 22, 2023, and received my products on December 18th, with no updates on shipment in between. One tin burst in transit due to heat. Customer service promptly agreed to replace it, but it's been 5 weeks since reporting the issue, and I'm still waiting for the replacement product to arrive. Overall, nice product, but the delivery and communication fall short. 🥲

  • This company had some issues with shipment but has since been resolved. I do agree that their customer service is horrible but their product is pure magic and it has done wonders for my energy levels, sleep, HSN, Brett has also been amazing at replying to messages and getting packages delivered on time since the issue happened. Highly recommend

If you even try send an email You get a generic answer saying it’ll be shipped this month then the next month etc they don’t offer refunds which is illegal. I’m lodging a complaint. I even contacted the owner with nothing, such bad customer service. They need to be shut down. Don’t waste your money

  • Paid in dec24. No product ever received. No refunds. Biggest scam ever. Owner has lied , gaslit and stolen from customers. Atleast could have offered refunds and done the decent thing. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to donate your hard earned to them.

  • I can't believe I fell for this! My experience with Mos X Daily has been nothing short of a scam. I placed my order on October 22, 2024, and it's now February 13, 2025, with no package in sight. After ordering, I received a tracking number on November 1, 2024, but it was all smoke and mirrors. The label (DILI, TL) was created on October 31, 2024, and since then, my order hasn’t moved at all. Their so-called "24/7 live chat support" is a total joke—nobody is ever available. It feels like they’re just avoiding their customers! I emailed [email protected] on December 2, 2024, and Lucy promised my order would ship that week. Here I am weeks later, still waiting. I reached out again on December 19, 2024, and received no response. It’s incredibly frustrating! On January 5, 2025, I contacted them on Instagram, and they told me they were out of stock but would ship my order by the end of January. Guess what? Still nothing! Their customer service is non-existent, and when I tried to follow up on Instagram, they deleted all my messages. This feels like a complete scam. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs! There are plenty of other businesses that actually care about their customers. As of today, I still haven't received my order, and I'm utterly disgusted.

  • No different to all the other negative reviews on here. Ordered in October and now in mid Jan and still nothing. Multiple turnaround times given but all fake promises. Refuse refunds and they seem to give different reasons. They told me they don't refund shipping as they pay for it up front.... They remove all negative or questioning commentary on social media. They can do that so quickly, yet it takes days to weeks for basic questions to be answered. Rude and passive aggressive communication and get offended by people calling them a scam like it's our fault they havnt sent our orders or provided any communication updates. My advice to all in the same or similar situation 1. Contact your bank for a refund on the transaction, most you can do via your app. Mine refunded almost instantly as good will and I'm told the banks are aware of these guys as there have been a lot of similar requests. 2. Contact ACCC or your local state fair trading. The more noise we make the more likely to get something done. 3.   • Have been waiting over 4 months for an order, what a scam, multiple emails sent and got a dodgy ‘tracking number’ email back - then the tracking number says it’s not active because no parcel has been handed over to the post office. No replies to any emails. Fraudulent 🚫
