  • SCAM SCAM SCAM! All lies. Free product, pay for postage. Emailed team and was told no refund applicable on postage cos it’s a free product? I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I wish I had read the reviews first. I wanted this as part of a new year new me, putting health first with this sea moss. I will definitely be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs. Trying to support an Aussie bloke and his company and he is just a fake and corrupt as the rest of them. Will never recommend this and will be escalating the matter to ASIC, Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs.

  • Purchased and brought into the misleading advertising that came up on my feed. It's now been 3 months since and I've emailed multiple times and I keep receiving a generic email saying Due to overwhelming demand from our recent sale and the high tides in Timor-Leste, which have temporarily impacted our ability to harvest sea moss, there has been a slight backlog in our operations. Well i googled the tides in timor-leste and doesn't seem to be any problems. This seems like a get rich quick scam !!

  • My experience has been the same as every other review here. Horrible service. Terrible customer service and I have still not received my order from end of October. It is now end of December. I did get a response to my email query after a month of nothing received but it felt like a mocking one which read “did you get tracking?” The tracking number was issued at purchase but the order has not been dispatched nor received. An update email was send saying to allow a further 10-15 business day for delivery due to high volume orders. That was 6 weeks ago. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. They delete all negative comments from social medial from people that never receive their products or damaged late arrivals so the page looks perfect and positive but this is not the case. Feels like a huge scam.

  • If I could give zero stars, I would. I buy things online all the time. After buying into the hype on Insta to "try" their product for free but paying shipping- nearly 2 months, the items have still not been shipped. I requested to cancel and they noted it wasn't in their policy! Um what? What is your policy then, take customer's money and never ship them the products or have the ability to meet the demand? There was no notice that items were out of stock, therefore, a reasonable shipping period is expected. It would have been understandable if there was communication if items were no longer in stock and customers were given the right to cancel. Seriously, are we paying money, and then you are growing this sacred sea moss specially for us? Scam. Avoid at all cost.

  • Very similar stories to everybody else. I ordered early October. Received tracking number shortly after on the 19th of October. I was feeling optimistic. Unfortunately from here it just consistently goes downhill. It's now the 9th of December as I'm riding this review. It has been 2 months since I placed the order. I've sent four emails with no response. I will so contact them via Instagram. The one response on Instagram I received was a generic message saying I will receive the product within 5 days and and via email after my first email I did get a response saying 15 days and I would have the order but again three emails after and more than 15 days later I have not received the product. It doesn't matter about the amount of money you're spending. A business should value you as a consumer and want to have you coming back so their business is sustainable. Clearly this company needs a massive kick up the behind regarding their transparency and communication. I have no issue with a product being delayed because of supply and demand, but be honest and communicate with that potentially add a gift to those who've been delayed so much. There are many alternatives, but it's seeing this company just wants to make money and doesn't care about who they hurt in the process. Go anywhere else

  • Almost a month after ordering and I’ve gotten no updates. Even if I do get it it’s just like bro, I could’ve ordered this from somewhere else and gotten it was sooner. Don’t buy from this company it’s a waste of time and sometimes a waste of money with the no refund policy.

  • The company is a SCAM. They took my money for delivery and I never received my products. There are so many more of us out there and the company just keeps ignoring us/hiding comments on social media and not responding. As a Nutritionist and someone who also has a degree in Marketing, I am furious, how can they let this happen, if they are so sustainable and with good business ethics, donating to good causes, etc, then why are they taking our money and not delivering and then ignoring us? Only one explanation - SCAM. The products are probably juice and the people are paid for fake reviews. I suggest we all join forces and start reporting them on social media for false information/scam/false health claims. We can tell our friends, and share as much as we can until they do something about it. What do you think - the Customer is KING or what 🙂?

  • I wouldn’t usually bother leaving a review for a company but mos daily is absolute robbery. No idea how the company is running still when there are so many customers that they a)haven’t had replacements/sent out new products to people that it came with broken packaging to b) refunded people because of broken/off products c) even reply to peoples emails. And now they’re having a sale and giving moss away for free!?! How about fixing up the many customers you owe first before doing something like that, I am seriously gob smacked. I have been contacting Mos Daily for nearly a whole year! They have stopped replying to my emails. Joke of a company. DO NOT PURCHASE

  • DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Product not delivered after weeks and weeks. Customer service horrendous. Fed Ex finally due to deliver and never arrived - now tracking page has no date for delivery and saying package hasn’t gone anywhere. I believe it’s a scam and it was never on board for delivery at all

  • I can’t even begin to describe how amazing I’ve felt since taking this sea moss! I struggle big time with endometriosis and chronic fatigue and I have felt so much more energised and regular not to mention it’s helped me get through nasty winter sicknesses way quicker. I had the pineapple and mango and it tastes incredible!!! Highly recommend!!

  • The first shipment was great, but ever since I made my 2nd order, ive experienced burst packaging and also I’ve waited 8 months for my replacement product (still hasn’t come). I’ve emailed and messaged on Instagram for some sort of customer support, and they keep telling me excuses like it’s a postage issue, or they sent it. I wasn’t provided with any tracking info or updates via email or SMS so never knew what was happening. I have demanded a refund multiple times because I feel like my product isn’t coming and they won’t refund me. Don’t buy from this company!

  • Pineapple and mango is my go to now . Must buy some more .sleep has improved after just 1 week and my energy throughout the day is better , I'm not a fan of acai ,not willing to try any others but first order wasn't the greatest at all was sent another for free and was happy . Was a bit pricey for the amount but seems to be a bit lower for now

  • i think these guys deserve a second chance. they’re a small, new business and sure maybe got off to a rocky start. i personally didn’t have any issues but i read a lot of complaints about the original packaging, spoiled items, customer service etc. You have to give them credit - their whole business is prided on the freshest product in the market that’s literally cultivated and processed to order. it’s also a product of nature that was somewhat new in australia so no wonder there was some trial and error on preserving something so full of natural vitamins and minerals. i’ve tried other sea moss gels while MOSx was working on their new packaging and no other brand i’ve found comes close to the results i get from MOSx. i’m posting this review everywhere possible because they got flooded with bad ones but i think by now theyd be outdated. they had an issue, they resolved it, now go enjoy it!
